Resumo: | Objective: to evaluate the care management of multidisciplinary team who act as Reference Technicians in CAPS. Methodology: This is a quali-quantitative study whose data were collected from November 2021 to May 2022, through the application of an online questionnaire, which had the participation of professionals from multidisciplinary team who act as Reference Technicians (TR) in Psychosocial Care Centers – CAPS from the Pará state network in Belém. The study populations consisted of higher education professionals, such as nurses, psychologists, psychiatrics, social workers, occupational therapists and administrator, who agreed to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Term – TCLE. The data was analyzed using the Iramuteq Platform. Results: Twenty-six professionals participated in the survey, 99% of which were female, with ages ranging from 34 to 58 years. It was observed regarding the attendance of the main activities developed by the TR, that in the CAPS individual, group and Family guidance are available, in addition to review and monitoring welcomed and accompanied users through individual or group psychotherapy with the inclusion of therapeutic workshops, visits households, with emphasis on the technical team’s meetings. In this way, it is concluded that the health professionals who work in the care in CAPS users, among them the reference technicians, develop a series of activities with the users, alleviating the symptoms with a focus on social reintegration. |

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo-cuantitativo. Los datos fueron recolectados de noviembre de 2021 a mayo de 2022, a través de la aplicación de un cuestionario en línea, con la participación de 26 profesionales del equipo multidisciplinario que actúan como Técnicos de Referencia (TR) en Centros de Atención Psicosocial - CAPS, de la red estatal de la ciudad de Belém. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por profesionales de la educación superior, tales como enfermeras, psicólogas, médicas (psiquiatras), trabajadoras sociales, terapeutas ocupacionales, terapeutas ocupacionales y administrativas que brindan atención directa a los usuarios del CAPS, que aceptan participar en la investigación mediante la firma de la Libre y Término de Consentimiento Informado – TCLE, con análisis de datos cualitativos a través de IRaMuteQ. Resultados: Veintiséis participantes participaron en la encuesta, de los cuales el 99% de los encuestados son mujeres, con edades entre 34 y 58 años. Se observó en cuanto a la asistencia a las principales actividades desarrolladas por la TR, que en los CAPS se encuentran disponibles orientaciones individuales, grupales y familiares, además de revisión y seguimiento de los usuarios acogidos o acompañados a través de psicoterapia individual o grupal con inclusión de talleres terapéuticos, visita los hogares, con énfasis en las reuniones de los equipos técnicos. De esta forma, se concluye que los profesionales de la salud que actúan en la atención de los usuarios en los CAPS, entre ellos los técnicos de referencia, desarrollan una serie de actividades con los usuarios, aliviando los síntomas con enfoque en la reinserción social.Objetivo: avaliar a gestão do cuidado da equipe multidisciplinar que atuam como Técnicos de Referência em CAPS. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo do tipo quali-quantitativo cujos dados foram coletados no período de novembro de 2021 a maio de 2022, através da aplicação de um questionário online, o qual contou com a participação de profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar que atuam como Técnicos de Referência (TR) nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS da rede Estadual em Belém-PA. A população do estudo foi constituída por profissionais de nível superior, tais como: enfermeiros, psicólogos, médicos (psiquiátricos), assistentes sociais, terapeutas ocupacionais e administrador, que aceitarem participar da pesquisa mediante assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido –TCLE. A análise dos dados qualitativos foi realizada através da Plataforma IRaMuteQ. Resultados: Participaram da pesquisa 26 profissionais, sendo 99% do sexo feminino, com idades que variam de 34 a 58 anos. Foi observado quanto ao atendimento das principais atividades desenvolvidas pelos TR, que nos CAPS são disponibilizados a orientação individual, grupal e familiar, além de revisão e monitoramento dos usuários acolhidos ou acompanhados por meio de psicoterapia individual ou grupal com a inclusão de oficinas terapêuticas, visitas domiciliares, com destaque para as reuniões das equipes técnicas.
