Camping as a strategy for sportive development: the model proposed for the brazilian handball

Resumo: The objective was to analyze the formative proposal of the National Camp of Development and Technical Improvement of the Confederação Brasileira de Handebol. While studying ex-post facto, documents and images of the Campsites were consulted. The activities indicate a formative triad, articulated between training session, video analysis and competition, with rules and norms of behavior related to the content of the training sessions. The sessions guided the implantation of a standard systematized by the technical coordinator of the Confederation. It is concluded that the process of sports development, through the Camp, enables a learning environment immersed in positive values of the sport practice for young handball athletes.

En cuanto estudio ex post, se consultaron documentos e imágenes de los campamentos. Las actividades indican una tríada formativa, articulada entre sesión de entrenamiento, análisis de vídeo y competición, con reglas y normas de comportamiento relacionadas al contenido de las sesiones de entrenamiento. Las sesiones orientaban para implantación de patrón sistematizado por el coordinador técnico de la Confederación. Se concluye que el proceso de desarrollo deportivo, a través del Campamento, posibilita un ambiente de aprendizaje inmerso en valores positivos de la práctica deportiva para jóvenes atletas de balonmano.Objetivou-se descrever a proposta formativa do Acampamento Nacional de Desenvolvimento e Melhoria Técnica da Confederação Brasileira de Handebol. Enquanto estudo ex-post facto, foram consultados documentos e imagens dos Acampamentos. As atividades indicam uma tríade formativa, articulada entre sessão de treino, análise de vídeo e competição, com regras e normas de comportamento relacionadas ao conteúdo das sessões de treino. As sessões orientavam para implantação de padrão sistematizado pelo coordenador técnico da Confederação.
