Specialized listening in police investigations registered at a police station in Belém, Pará, Brazil

Resumo: Objective: The aim of this work was to analyze the assistance to children and adolescents victims of sexual violence in police investigations instituted at the Specialized Police Station for Assistance to Children and Adolescents - ParáPaz Integrado Santa Casa de Misericórdia Program, and identify the number of charges generated, in view of the law that establishes the System of Guarantees for the Rights of children and adolescents victims of sexual abuse. Methodology: It is a result of documentary, descriptive, and quantitative study. Variables: police investigation – victim's testimony, age group, filing of charges; Specialized Listening: stages, documentary form, listening report. Results: Social assistance was given in 68.75% of the investigations in 2016; 53.57% in 2017, and 21.05% in 2018. In 2016, 43.75% of the victims were heard after being submitted to protected listening and testimony; in 2017 the percentage was 25%, and 13.16% in 2018. 21.05% of the victims were 13 years old. Referrals to the Specialized Police Station were of 25.56%; 23.68% for psychological care. The percentage of charges was 43.75% in 2016; 42.86% in 2017; and 57.89% in 2018. Conclusion: Specialized Listening is carried out by Social service. The victim was asked to make a new statement, which is at odds with the Law of Listening and Testimony.

Metodología: Estudio documental, descriptivo, cuantitativo. Variables: investigación policial - audiencia de la víctima, grupo de edad, acusación; escucha especializada: etapas, forma documental, informe de escucha. Resultados: La asistencia social tuvo lugar en el 68,75%, 2016; 53,57%, 2017 y 21,05%, 2018. En 2016, el 43,75% de las víctimas fueron escuchadas, tras escucha protegida; 2017, 25%; 2018,13,16%. El 21,05% tenía 13 años. derivaciones a comisaría especializada del 25,56%; 23,68% para atención psicológica. 43,75% de las imputaciones, en 2016; 42,86%, 2017; 57,89%, 2018. Conclusión: La Escucha Especializada la realiza el Servicio Social. La víctima fue llamada a prestar una nueva declaración, contraviniendo la ley de escuchas telefónicas.Objetivo: O objetivo foi analisar o atendimento de crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual, nos inquéritos policiais instaurados na Delegacia Especializada no Atendimento a Criança e Adolescente/ ParáPaz Integrado Santa Casa de Misericórdia; identificar o quantitativo de indiciamentos gerados neles, face a lei que estabelece o Sistema de Garantias de Direito da criança e adolescente vítima de violência sexual. Metodologia: Estudo documental, descritivo, quantitativo. Variáveis: inquérito policial - oitiva da vítima, faixa etária, indiciamento; escuta especializada: etapas, forma documental, relato escuta. Resultados: O atendimento social se deu em 68,75%, 2016; 53,57%, 2017 e 21,05%, 2018. Em 2016, 43,75% das vítimas foram ouvidas, após escuta protegida; 2017, 25%; 2018,13,16%. 21,05% tinham 13 anos. Encaminhamentos para delegacia especializada de 25,56%; 23,68% para atendimento psicológico. 43,75% de indiciamentos, em 2016; 42,86%, 2017; 57,89%, 2018. Conclusão: A Escuta Especializada é feita pelo Serviço Social.
