ENEM in times of Pandemic: challenges faced by teachers in the face of remote education of the state network of President Kennedy /TO

Resumo: | With the global situation (pandemic) that we are experiencing, during this period that reaches more than a year and a half, the area of education suffered a great impact and had to change with a new form of teaching so that students would not lose the bond with school, which took place through online classes and scripts in a fortnightly way. This article addresses the challenges faced by teachers in the pandemic in relation to ENEM and analyzes the competencies and skills through the methodologies worked in remote education by the teachers of the public school of President Kennedy-TO, with a focus on preparing for the National High School Exam - ENEM. A questionnaire was conducted in which 10 teachers working in teaching answered objective and subjective questions related to the methodologies used and changes that were suffered during the pandemic. The results obtained show that with the pandemic the preparation of students for The ENEM has become quite challenging, and teachers have been trying to reinvent themselves in various ways so that students reach the skills and abilities required in this exam. |

Este artículo aborda los desafíos que enfrentan los docentes en la pandemia en relación con ENEM y analiza las competencias y habilidades a través de las metodologías trabajadas en educación remota por los docentes de la escuela pública del Presidente Kennedy-TO, con un enfoque en la preparación para el Examen Nacional de Secundaria - ENEM. Se realizó un cuestionario en el que 10 docentes que trabajan en la docencia respondieron preguntas objetivas y subjetivas relacionadas con las metodologías utilizadas y los cambios que se sufrieron durante la pandemia. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que con la pandemia la preparación de los estudiantes para la ENEM se ha vuelto bastante desafiante, y los maestros han estado tratando de reinventarse de varias maneras para que los estudiantes alcancen las habilidades y destrezas requeridas en este examen. Com a situação mundial (pandemia) que estamos vivenciando, durante esse período que chega a mais de um ano e meio, a área da educação sofreu um grande impacto e teve que se modificar com uma nova forma de ensino para que os alunos não perdessem o vínculo com escola, que se deu por meios de aulas online e de roteiros de forma quinzenal. O presente artigo vem abordar os desafios enfrentados pelos docentes na pandemia em relação ao ENEM e analisar as competências e habilidades através das metodologias trabalhadas no ensino remoto pelos professores da escola pública de Presidente Kennedy-TO, com o foco na preparação para o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio – ENEM. Foi realizado um questionário onde 10 professores atuantes no ensino responderam perguntas objetivas e subjetivas relacionadas as metodologias utilizadas e mudanças que foram sofridas durante a pandemia. Os resultados obtidos mostram que com a pandemia a preparação dos alunos para o ENEM se tornou bastante desafiadora, e os docentes vem tentando se reinventar de várias formas para que os alunos atinjam as competências e habilidades exigidas no presente exame.
