Resumo: | Tuberculosis represents a public health problem in Brazil, which is directly associated in most cases with poverty and social exclusion. The present study aimed to carry out an assessment of the Nurse's approach to the treatment of tuberculosis in the Family Health Strategy. This research is a narrative review of the literature. Based on bibliographic research, in the respective databases: Scielo and Virtual Health Library, between the years 2016 to 2020. The Nurse, through the systematized work method, with evaluation of the therapeutic plan, investigation of the patient's life and guidance on the conduct of the treatment, in addition to the valuation of the patient's sociocultural factors, becomes an instrument with great potential, being able to ensure access in the Family Health Strategy and enabling the continuity of tuberculosis treatment. In this way, the nurse in this health-disease process has the necessary attributes to provide care and with total autonomy, as her actions are established in the provision of comprehensive assistance to individuals and families in the Health Strategies of Family, in households and also in community spaces in its area of coverage. |

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo realizar una valoración del abordaje del enfermero al tratamiento de la tuberculosis en la Estrategia Salud de la Familia. Esta investigación es una revisión narrativa de la literatura. Basado en investigación bibliográfica, en las respectivas bases de datos: Scielo y Biblioteca Virtual en Salud, entre los años 2016 a 2020. La Enfermera, a través de su método de trabajo sistematizado, con evaluación del plan terapéutico, investigación de la vida del paciente y orientación sobre cómo realizar el tratamiento, además de valorar los factores socioculturales del paciente, se convierte en un instrumento con gran potencial, pudiendo asegurar acceso en la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia y posibilitando la continuidad del tratamiento de la tuberculosis. De esta forma, la enfermera en este proceso salud-enfermedad tiene los atributos necesarios para brindar atención y con total autonomía, ya que sus acciones se establecen en la prestación de asistencia integral a las personas y familias en las Estrategias de Salud de la Familia, en los hogares y también en espacios comunitarios en su área de cobertura.A tuberculose representa um problema de saúde pública no Brasil, que está associada diretamente na maioria das vezes a pobreza e exclusão social. O presente estudo teve como objetivo realizar uma avaliação sobre a abordagem do Enfermeiro (a) no tratamento da tuberculose na Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Essa pesquisa trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura. Fundamentada a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, nas respectivas bases de dados: Scielo e Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, entre os anos de 2016 a 2020. O (a) Enfermeiro (a) através do seu método de trabalho sistematizado, com avaliação do plano terapêutico, investigação da vida do paciente e orientações sobre a condução do tratamento, além da valorização dos fatores socioculturais do paciente, passa a ser um instrumento com grande potencial, sendo capaz de assegurar o acesso na Estratégia de Saúde da Família e possibilitando a continuidade do tratamento da tuberculose.
