Resumo: This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that impact the Quality of Work Life of psychologists working in the Unified Social Work System, contributing to spotting elements that can be worked on and improved in this context. This study is methodologically framed as an integrative review consisting of scientific productions from January 2015 to June 2022, targeted at discussing the quality of working life of Psychology professionals in the Unified Social Work System, especially in the Reference Centers for Social Work and Specialized Reference Center for Social Work. As a result, in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2022, 12 papers relating to the subject were published, three in each year. In 2015 and 2016, one paper was published per year. In 2018 and 2021, four papers were published, two in each year, thus amounting to 18 papers. In the final considerations, numerous factors with the potential to influence the Quality of Working Life of Psychologists in the Unified Social Work System were evidenced. However, there are several possible interventions to treat health problems and/or as a preventive approach in relation to the well-being of people and work organizations: employee change, observation of the characteristics of an individual's work or organizational climate, change in the work environment, individual treatment, and more.

Este estudio se encuadra metodológicamente como una revisión integradora formada por trabajos científicos que abarcan el período de enero de 2015 a junio de 2022, orientada a la discusión de la calidad de vida relacionada al trabajo de profesionales de Psicología en el Sistema Único de Asistencia Social, especialmente los Centros de Referencia de Asistencia Social y el Centro de Referencia Especializado de Asistencia Social. Como resultados, identificamos que en 2017, 2019, 2020 y 2022 fueron publicados 12 estudios relacionados al tema, con tres publicaciones cada año. En 2015 y 2016 fue publicado un estudio por año. En 2018 y 2021 fueron publicados cuatro estudios, dos en cada año, totalizando 18 estudios. En las consideraciones finales fueron apuntados innumerables factores que pueden influir en la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo del psicólogo en el Sistema Único de Asistencia Social. Sin embargo, existen varias intervenciones posibles para tratamientos de problemas de salud y/o prevención para el bienestar de personas y organizaciones laborales: cambio del empleado, observación de las características del trabajo de la persona o del clima organizativo, cambio en el ambiente laboral, tratamiento individual, entre otras.Este estudo teve como objetivo proporcionar uma compreensão mais aprofundada sobre os fatores que impactam a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho dos psicólogos que atuam no Sistema Único de Assistência Social, contribuindo para a identificação de elementos que podem ser trabalhados e melhorados nesse contexto. O presente estudo enquadra-se metodologicamente como uma revisão integrativa composta de produções científicas do período compreendido de janeiro de 2015 a junho de 2022, voltada para a discussão da qualidade de vida relacionada ao trabalho de profissionais da Psicologia no Sistema Único de Assistência Social, em especial nos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social e Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social. Como resultados têm-se que em 2017, 2019, 2020 e 2022 foram publicados 12 trabalhos relacionados ao tema, sendo 3 em cada ano. Em 2015 e 2016 publicou-se 1 trabalho por ano. Em 2018 e 2021, foram 4 trabalhos publicados, 2 em cada ano, fechando o total de 18 estudos. Nas considerações finais evidenciaram-se inúmeros fatores com potencial para influenciar na Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho do psicólogo no Sistema Único de Assistência Social.
