Resumo: The Humanization of childbirth aims to provide comprehensive care, with respect to the parturient and the physiology of the body and the reduction of unnecessary interventions. The aim of this study was to know the scientific production on the management of obstetric nurses in the use of good practices in childbirth and birth. This is a qualitative research, in the form of a review of narrative literature. The initial search consisted of 41 productions in the Lilacs database, 26 productions in the Scielo database and 136 productions in the VHL, with timeframe from 2015. From the establishment of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the corpus This review comprised a total of 19 articles. The results of the articles were divided into three categories: Performance of obstetric nurses, good practices before and after delivery and obstetric violence. That the insertion of obstetric nurses has marked the predominance of humanized care in delivery and birth care with the use of good practices, respecting the autonomy of the parturient and providing the best possible comfort, and this specialty of obstetric nursing is in a process. transforming his practice towards breaking with the medicalized model.

El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer la producción científica sobre la gestión de enfermeras obstétricas en el uso de buenas prácticas en el parto y el parto. Es una investigación cualitativa, en forma de revisión de literatura narrativa. La búsqueda inicial consistió en 41 producciones en la base de datos Lilacs, 26 producciones en la base de datos Scielo y 136 producciones en la BVS, con un marco temporal desde 2015. Desde el establecimiento de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, el corpus de esta revisión estuvo conformado por un total de 19 artículos. Los resultados de los artículos se dividieron en tres categorías: Desempeño de enfermeras obstétricas, buenas prácticas en pre y posparto y violencia obstétrica. La inserción de la enfermera obstétrica ha marcado el predominio del cuidado humanizado en el parto y la asistencia al parto con el uso de buenas prácticas, respetando la autonomía de la parturienta y brindando el mejor confort posible, y esta especialidad de enfermería obstétrica se encuentra en un proceso de transformación de su práctica para romper con el modelo medicalizado.A Humanização do parto visa proporcionar assistência integral, com respeito a parturiente e a fisiologia do corpo e com a redução de intervenções desnecessárias. O objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer a produção científica sobre o gerenciamento da enfermeira obstétrica na utilização das boas práticas no parto e nascimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, na forma de uma revisão de literatura narrativa. A busca inicial foi composta por 41 produções na base de dados Lilacs, 26 produções na base de dados Scielo e 136 produções na BVS, com recorte temporal a partir do ano de 2015. A partir do estabelecimento dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, o corpus desta revisão constituiu-se em um total de 19 artigos. Os resultados dos artigos foram divididos em três categorias: Atuação das enfermeiras obstétricas, boas práticas no pré e pós parto e violência obstétrica.
