Resumo: Objective: Mapping and contesting knowledge in scientific productions on nursing care for humanized. Method: This was an integrative literature review of an exploratory-descriptive nature and of qualitative origin. Twenty-two articles in Portuguese were selected, related to the study theme. Discussion: it was divided into categories, namely: Practices aimed at better support in nursing care for humanized childbirth; The factors that have hampered the implementation of humanized care in childbirth. Conclusion: That there is better preparation of nursing professionals, through training, workshops, training and periodic meetings and also encourage them to follow the recommendations of the main health agencies in order to provide more humanized care that somehow benefit the woman and the baby, ensuring there are no unnecessary and medicalized procedures.

Método: Se trata de una revisión integrativa de la literatura, de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo y de origen cualitativo. Se seleccionaron veintidós artículos en portugués, relacionados con el tema de estudio. Discusión: se dividió en categorías, a saber: Prácticas dirigidas a un mejor apoyo en la atención de enfermería al parto humanizado; Los factores que han dificultado la implementación de la atención humanizada en el parto. Conclusión: Que exista una mejor preparación de los profesionales de enfermería, a través de capacitaciones, talleres, capacitaciones y reuniones periódicas y además incentivarlos a seguir las recomendaciones de los principales organismos de salud con el fin de brindar cuidados más humanizados que de alguna manera beneficien a la mujer y al bebé, asegurando no hay procedimientos innecesarios y medicalizados.Objetivo: Mapear e discutir o conhecimento nas produções científicas sobre a assistência de enfermagem ao parto humanizado. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de caráter exploratório-descritivo e de origem qualitativa. Foram selecionados 22 artigos em português, relacionado à temática do estudo. Discussão: foi dividida em categorias, sendo elas:  Práticas que visam o melhor suporte na assistência de enfermagem ao parto humanizado; Os fatores que tem dificultado a implementação da assistência humanizada no parto.
