Knowledge for Biology teachers work in Professional Educación

Resumo: | The article is the result of a master's dissertation (Morais, 2017) defended within the scope of the Postgraduate Program in Professional Education (PPGEP) and has as its central theme the teaching knowledge. The purpose of the text is to reflect on the teaching knowledge necessary to Biology teachers work in the context of Professional Education (PE). To achieve this goal, we consulted the studies of researchers such as Saviani (1997) Araujo (2008), Moura (2014) and Tardif (2014), which configures the research as bibliographic. The results point to a historical weakness regarding the processes of construction, mobilization and reconstruction of knowledge for teaching in Biology in Basic Education (EB), in general, and in PE, in specific. Knowing this, we discussed a base of knowledge necessary in the daily work of teachers who work with the disciplinary component Biology in EB integrated with EP, namely, the knowledge related to Biology; knowledge related to educational sciences; the researcher's knowledge; experiential knowledge; the knowledge of professional areas in which teachers can work; and critical-contextual and attitudinal knowledge, in order to subsidize teaching work from the perspective of integral human formation. |

El propósito del texto es reflexionar sobre los saberes de la enseñanza necesarios para formar profesores de biología para actuar en el contexto de la educación profesional (EP). Para lograr este objetivo, consultamos los estudios de investigadores como Saviani (1997) Araujo (2008), Moura (2014) y Tardif (2014), lo que configura la investigación como bibliográfica. Los resultados apuntan a una debilidad histórica con respecto a los procesos de construcción, movilización y reconstrucción del conocimiento para la enseñanza en Biología en Educación Básica (EB), en general, y en educación profesional, en particular. Por ello, discutimos una base de conocimientos necesaria en el trabajo diario del professorado que trabaja en EB integrado a la EP, a saber, conocimiento relacionado con la biología; conocimiento relacionado con las ciencias educativas; el conocimiento del investigador; el conocimiento experiencial; el conocimiento de las áreas profesionales en las que puede trabajar; y conocimiento crítico-contextual y actitudinal, en aras de que el professor pueda trabajar en la perspectiva de la formación hunama integral.O artigo é resultado de uma dissertação de mestrado (Morais, 2017) defendida no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Profissional (PPGEP) e tem como temática central os saberes docentes. O objetivo do texto é refletir acerca dos saberes docentes necessários ao fazer dos professores de Biologia no contexto da Educação Profissional (EP). Para alcançar tal intuito, consultamos os estudos de pesquisadores como Saviani (1997) Araujo (2008), Moura (2014) e Tardif (2014), o que configura a pesquisa como bibliográfica. Os resultados apontam para uma fragilidade histórica no que concerne aos processos de construção, mobilização e reconstrução dos saberes para a docência em Biologia na Educação Básica (EB), em geral, e na EP, em específico. A partir desses achados, discutimos uma base de saberes necessários ao fazer cotidiano dos professores que atuam com o componente disciplinar Biologia na EB integrada à EP, quais sejam, os saberes relativos à Biologia; os saberes relativos às ciências da educação; os saberes do pesquisador; os saberes experienciais; os saberes de áreas profissionais em que pode atuar; e os saberes crítico-contextual e atitudinal, a fim de subsidiar o trabalho docente na perspectiva da formação humana integral.
