The psychodynamics of the work as theoretical lens for the study of the flexible managerialism

Resumo: | The article aims to propose a theoretical-analytical model for the study of work under the logic of managerialism in the light of Psychodynamics of Work (POW). The proposal is based on the recent changes in the logic of production, in the world of work and, consequently, in the social fabric, which indicate a scenario characterized by flexibility, individualism and hyperactivity. POW is suggested because it is a theoretical current capable of examining the object studied from the prism both of the context dimensions (work conditions, work organization and work relationships) as well as content (psychic load, identity construction, etc.), typical of the relationship man-work, which shape the experiences (fear, pleasure-suffering) and can interfere in the state (health-illness) of the subjects. As for the method, the model it presents, as a qualitative proposal, the use of the interview as data collection, of the Analysis of the Core of Sense (ACS) as an interpretive technique. In addition, it presents, in quantitative terms, as a data collection technique, the Inventory on Work and Illness Risks (IWIR), based on the scales that assess the dimensions related to work. The methodology used in making this work was a bibliographic review, with categorization of literature using the thematic analysis technique. As a result, the work gave rise to a methodological framework, which can be used as a methodology in future research. |

La propuesta se basa en los cambios recientes en la lógica de producción, en el mundo del trabajo y, en consecuencia, en el tejido social, que indican un escenario caracterizado por la flexibilidad, el individualismo y la hiperactividad. Se sugiere PDT porque es una corriente teórica capaz de examinar el objeto estudiado desde el prisma tanto de las dimensiones del contexto (condiciones de trabajo, organización del trabajo y relaciones de trabajo) como del contenido (carga psíquica, construcción de identidad, etc.), típico de la relación trabajo humano, que da forma a las experiencias (miedo, placer-sufrimiento) y puede interferir en el estado (salud-enfermedad) de los sujetos. En cuanto al método, el modelo presenta, como propuesta cualitativa, el uso de la entrevista como recopilación de datos, del Análisis de los Núcleos de Sentido (ANS) como técnica interpretativa. Además, presenta, en términos cuantitativos, como una técnica de recopilación de datos, el Inventario sobre el Trabajo y los Riesgos de Enfermedad (ITRE), basado en las escalas que evalúan las dimensiones relacionadas con el trabajo. La metodología utilizada para hacer este trabajo fue una revisión bibliográfica, con categorización de la literatura utilizando la técnica de análisis temático. Como resultado, el trabajo dio lugar a un marco metodológico, que puede utilizarse como metodología en futuras investigaciones.O artigo tem como objetivo propor um modelo teórico-analítico para o estudo do trabalho sob a lógica do gerencialismo à luz da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho (PDT). A proposta baseia-se nas recentes mudanças na lógica de produção, no mundo do trabalho e, consequentemente, no tecido social, que indicam um cenário caracterizado pela flexibilidade, individualismo e hiperatividade. Sugere a PDT por ser uma corrente teórica capaz de examinar o objeto estudado do prisma tanto das dimensões de contexto (condições do trabalho, organização do trabalho e relações de trabalho) como de conteúdo (carga psíquica, construção da identidade etc), próprias da relação homem-trabalho, que moldam as vivências (medo, prazer-sofrimento) podendo interferir no estado (saúde-adoecimento) dos sujeitos. Quanto ao método, o modelo apresenta, como proposta qualitativa, a utilização da entrevista como coleta de dados, da Análise dos Núcleos de Sentido (ANS) como técnica interpretativa. Ademais, apresenta em termos quantitativos, como técnica de coleta de dados, o Inventário sobre Trabalho e Riscos de Adoecimento (ITRA), a partir das escalas que avaliam as dimensões relativas ao trabalho. A metodologia utilizada na confecção deste trabalho foi do tipo revisão bibliográfica, com categorização da literatura utilizando a técnica da análise temática.
