Nursing after the Covid-19 pandemic

Resumo: | In the global mobilization, surveillance agencies and society are together in facing the pandemic, with the nursing professionals who work on the front line of the pandemic in health services, at the beginning it was realized that little was known about the disease, its form of prevention, pathogenesis or treatment. Nursing is in the treatment of Covid-19 cases and faces serious implications for their working conditions and personal safety to be recognized. The specific objective was to show what were the changes of Covid-19 in nursing. The methodology used was a bibliographic review in the Google Scholar database, VHL and SciELO, published between 2020 and 2022, available in full. 5 articles from the SciELO and Google academic databases were included, in the VHL there were only 11 scientific articles, which resulted in a final sample of 21 scientific articles from different journals. two categories according to their theme, which were: Category A - Present the main impacts of Covid-19 on nursing; Category B - Show what were the changes of Covid-19 in nursing. The main impacts The lack of sufficient PPE had an adverse impact on nursing performance, which exacerbated the shortage of manpower. Covid-19 has brought many changes over the last few years, although we have all adapted to these changes on a day-to-day basis, the healthcare market has also had to adapt quickly. The coronavirus has changed nursing not only for those already working in the field, but also for nursing students. The pandemic has exposed underlying issues and created new issues in recruitment, educational readiness, retention, well-being, understanding of workforce migration. |

La enfermería se encuentra en el tratamiento de los casos de Covid-19 y enfrenta serias implicaciones para que se reconozcan sus condiciones de trabajo y seguridad personal. El objetivo específico fue mostrar cuáles fueron los cambios del Covid-19 en enfermería. La metodología utilizada fue una revisión bibliográfica en la base de datos Google Scholar, BVS y SciELO, publicada entre 2020 y 2022, disponible en su totalidad. Se incluyeron 5 artículos de las bases de datos académicas SciELO y Google, en la BVS solo hubo 11 artículos científicos, lo que dio como resultado una muestra final de 21 artículos científicos de diferentes revistas, dos categorías según su temática, las cuales fueron: Categoría A - Presente los principales impactos del Covid-19 en la enfermería; Categoría B - Mostrar cuáles fueron los cambios del Covid-19 en la enfermería. Los principales impactos La falta de EPP suficientes tuvo un impacto adverso en el desempeño de enfermería, lo que exacerbó la escasez de mano de obra. El Covid-19 ha traído muchos cambios en los últimos años, aunque todos nos hemos adaptado a estos cambios en el día a día, el mercado sanitario también ha tenido que adaptarse rápidamente. El coronavirus ha cambiado la enfermería no solo para quienes ya trabajan en el campo, sino también para los estudiantes de enfermería. La pandemia ha expuesto problemas subyacentes y ha creado nuevos problemas en el reclutamiento, la preparación educativa, la retención, el bienestar y la comprensión de la migración de la fuerza laboral.Na mobilização mundial, órgãos de vigilância e sociedade encontra-se juntos no enfrentamento da pandemia, com os profissionais de enfermagem que atuam na linha de frente a pandemia nos serviços de saúde, no início percebeu-se que pouco se conhecia sobre a doença, sua forma de prevenção, patogênese ou tratamento. A enfermagem está no tratamento de casos da Covid-19 e enfrenta sérias implicações para que suas condições de trabalho e sua segurança pessoal sejam reconhecidas. O objetivo específico foi mostrar quais foram as mudanças da Covid-19 na enfermagem. A metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão bibliográfica na banca de dados do Google Acadêmico, BVS e SciELO, publicadas entre 2020 e 2022, disponíveis de forma completa. A foi incluido 5 artigos das bases da SciELO e Google acadêmico, no BVS teve somente 11 artigos científicos, o que resultou em uma amostra final de 21 artigos científicos de periódicos diferentes.Para mostrar os dados encontrados durante a pesquisa, foi realizada a divisão em duas categorias conforme a sua temática, que foram: Categoria A - Apresentar os principais impactos da Covid-19 na enfermagem; Categoria B - Mostrar quais foram as mudanças da Covid-19 na enfermagem. Os principais impactos a falta de EPI suficiente teve um impacto adverso sobre atuação da enfermagem, o que exacerbou a escassez de mão-de-obra. A Covid-19 trouxe muitas mudanças ao longo do último anos, embora todos tenhamos nos adaptado a essas mudanças no dia-a-dia, o mercado de saúde também teve que se adaptar rapidamente. O coronavírus mudou a enfermagem não só para quem já trabalha na área, mas também para estudantes de enfermagem.
