Resumo: Objective: To report the experience of implementing educational practices through Culture Circles, with professionals and users of a Basic Health Unit. Method: This is an experience report that presents the methodological procedures for the development of educational actions based on the Paulo Freire method, Circles of Culture. The research scenario was a Basic Health Unit in the urban area of a municipality in the extreme south of Rio Grande do Sul. The intervention and data collection were developed in the period of December 2014 and August 2016. Results: The report is divided into three interdependent stages: thematic investigation, theme and problematization. The contact to the population during educational activities made it possible to strengthen the bond and allowed the execution of individual and collective care, participatory, continuous and humanized. Final considerations: Health education actions based on the Paulo Freire method provided the articulation of scientific and popular knowledge, teaching and theory, contributing not only to the health education of users, such as improvement and qualification of professional practice, obtaining as the final product of the intervention a better quality of health services.

Método: Este es un informe de experiencia que presenta los procedimientos metodológicos para el desarrollo de acciones educativas basadas en el método Paulo Freire, Círculos de Cultura. El escenario de investigación fue una Unidad de Salud Básica en el área urbana de un municipio en el extremo sur de Rio Grande do Sul. La intervención y la recopilación de datos se desarrollaron en el período de diciembre de 2014 y agosto de 2016. Resultados: El informe se divide en tres etapas interdependientes: investigación temática, tema y problemática. El contacto con la población durante las actividades educativas permitió fortalecer el vínculo y permitió la ejecución de la atención individual y colectiva, participativa, continua y humanizada. Consideraciones finales: Las acciones de educación para la salud basadas en el método Paulo Freire proporcionaron la articulación de los conocimientos científicos y populares, la enseñanza y la teoría, contribuyendo no sólo a la educación sanitaria de los usuarios, como la mejora y la cualificación de la práctica profesional, obteniendo como producto final de la intervención una mejor calidad de los servicios de salud.Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de implementação de práticas educativas por meio de Círculos de Cultura, com profissionais e usuários de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência que apresenta os procedimentos metodológicos para o desenvolvimento de ações educativas alicerçadas no método Paulo Freire, Círculos de Cultura. O cenário da pesquisa foi uma Unidade Básica de Saúde na área urbana de um município do extremo sul do Rio Grande do Sul. A intervenção e coleta de dados foram desenvolvidas no período de dezembro de 2014 e agosto de 2016. Resultados: O relato encontra-se dividido em três etapas interdependentes: investigação temática, tematização e problematização. O contato a população durante as atividades educativas viabilizou o fortalecimento do vínculo e possibilitou a execução do cuidado individual e coletivo, participativo, continuado e humanizado.
