Resumo: The current economic and global scenario presents constant changes, the apparel sector is in a continuous process of growth in the formal and mainly informal sectors, stimulating market competition, offering customers a wide variety of options for consumption, starting from this premise customers are becoming more demanding in the search for a quality service, that present a differential that meets their expectations. The present article sought to analyze the quality of care in the apparel trade in the city of Currais Novos - RN. In order to do so, a survey was initially carried out on Service Marketing and Customer Service, followed by a questionnaire with 04 (four) groups with participants aged between 09 (nine) and 60 (sixty) years. Thus, it is a qualitative case study with questionnaire application by e-mail. Through the results of the surveys, it was informed that the employee does not identify the client's needs, meet by means of people's acceptance, as well as the lack of qualification. The study concludes that the quality of service in the city of Currais Novos presents an unpreparedness to know its products and customers through its employees.

Los clientes son cada vez más exigentes en la búsqueda de un servicio de calidad, presentando un diferencial que cumpla con sus expectativas. El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar la calidad de la atención en el comercio de ropa en la ciudad de Currais Novos - RN. Con este fin, inicialmente se realiza una encuesta sobre Service Marketing y Customer Service, seguida de un cuestionario con 04 (cuatro) grupos con participantes de entre 09 (nueve) y 60 (sesenta) años. Por lo tanto, es un estudio de caso cualitativo con aplicación de cuestionario por correo electrónico. A través de los resultados de las encuestas, se informó que el empleado no identifica las necesidades del cliente, atiende a través del significado de las personas, así como la falta de calificación. El estudio concluye que la calidad de la atención en la ciudad de Currais Novos tiene una falta de preparación para conocer sus productos y clientes a través de los empleados.O atual cenário econômico e global apresenta constantes mudanças, o mercado do setor de confecções está em processo continuo de crescimento nos setores formais e principalmente informais, acirrando a concorrência do mercado, oferecendo aos clientes uma grande diversidade de opções para o consumo, partindo dessa premissa os clientes estão cada vez mais exigentes na busca de um atendimento de qualidade, que apresentem um diferencial que atenda suas expectativas. O presente artigo buscou analisar a Qualidade no atendimento no comércio de confecções na cidade de Currais Novos – RN. Para tanto, inicialmente é realizada uma pesquisa sobre Marketing de serviços e Atendimento ao cliente, seguida de aplicação de questionário com 04 (quatro) grupos com participantes de idades entre 09 (nove) e 60 (sessenta) anos. Desta forma, trata-se de um estudo de caso qualitativo com aplicação de questionário por e-mail. Por meio dos resultados das pesquisas, foi informado que o colaborador não identifica necessidade do cliente, atendem por meio de acepção de pessoas, bem como a falta de qualificação.
