Resumo: | The presente work aims to analyze the green job program, established by the ILO in 2008, as na instrument for economic recovery in a post-pandemic scenario caused by COVID-19 and its variants. The program in question touches on one of the main dilemmas of contemporaneity when it seeks to reconcile economic interests and environmental sustainability, according to the precepts of the Federal Constitution of 1988. This is because it is an instrument that recognizes free enterprise as one of the pillars of the economic order, as well as the valorization of human work and the preservation of the environment. The research has a qualitative nature, based on the understanding of social phenomena, it has an exploratory character and uses the hypothetical-deductive methodology, with analysis of documental and bibliographic research to address the theme and analyze the expansion of the green job program for creatin of new jobs and promoting green recovery. |

El programa en cuestión toca uno de los principales dilemas de la contemporaneidad cuando busca conciliar los intereses económicos y la sustentabilidad ambiental, de acuerdo con los preceptos de la Constitución Federal de 1988. Ello por ser un instrumento que reconoce la libre empresa como uno de los pilares del orden económico, así como la valorización del trabajo humano y la preservación del medio ambiente. La investigación tiene una naturaleza cualitativa, basada en la comprensión de los fenómenos sociales, tiene un carácter exploratorio y utiliza la metodología hipotético-deductiva, con análisis de investigación documental y bibliográfica para abordar el tema y analizar la expansión del programa de empleo verde para la creación. de nuevos puestos de trabajo y promover la recuperación verde.O presente trabalho visa analisar o programa Emprego Verde, instituído pela OIT em 2008, como instrumento para recuperação econômica em um cenário pós pandemia causada pelo COVID-19 e suas variantes. O programa em questão toca em um dos principais dilemas da contemporaneidade ao buscar compatibilizar os interesses econômicos e a sustentabilidade ambiental, consoante aos preceitos da Constituição Federal de 1988. Isso porque é um instrumento que reconhece a livre iniciativa como um dos pilares da ordem econômica, assim como a valorização do trabalho humano e a preservação do meio ambiente. Assume, pois, o caráter multifacetário da sustentabilidade ambiental.
