Resumo: Objective: To identify nursing diagnoses and interventions based on the vulnerability markers of self-perceived negative health in young schoolchildren with overweight. Method: Descriptive study of nursing diagnoses and interventions carried out with 381 young adult students from state schools in Fortaleza-Ceará-Brazil. The study followed all the ethical-legal precepts of studies with human beings, having been approved by the Ethics Committee of the State University of Ceará under protocol number 662,105 / 2014. Results: The nursing diagnoses were: overweight, obesity, self-neglect and risk-prone health behavior. Nursing interventions were promotion of exercise, assistance to reduce weight, nutritional counseling and improvement of coping. Conclusion: There are nursing diagnoses and interventions based on the vulnerability markers of negative self-perceived health, which will subsidize the nurse's care with these young schoolchildren, based on the Nursing Care Systematization.

El estudio siguió todos los preceptos ético-legales de los estudios con seres humanos, y fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética de la Universidad Estatal de Ceará con el número de protocolo 662,105 / 2014. Resultados: Los diagnósticos de enfermería fueron: sobrepeso, obesidad, autodescuido y comportamiento de salud propenso al riesgo. Las intervenciones de enfermería fueron la promoción del ejercicio, la asistencia para reducir el peso, el asesoramiento nutricional y la mejora del afrontamiento. Conclusión: Existen diagnósticos e intervenciones de enfermería basados en los marcadores de vulnerabilidad de la salud negativa que se percibe a sí misma, lo que subsidiará la atención de la enfermera con estos jóvenes escolares, de acuerdo con la Sistematización del Cuidado de Enfermería.Objetivo: Identificar os diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem a partir dos marcadores de vulnerabilidade da autopercepção de saúde negativa de adultos jovens escolares com excesso ponderal. Método: Estudo descritivo dos diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem realizado com 381 adultos jovens escolares das escolas estaduais de Fortaleza-Ceará-Brasil. O estudo seguiu todos os preceitos ético-legais dos estudos com seres humanos, tendo sido aprovado pelo Comitê de ética da Universidade Estadual do Ceará sob protocolo de nº 662.105/2014. Resultados: Os diagnósticos de enfermagem foram: sobrepeso, obesidade, autonegligência e comportamento de saúde propenso a risco. As intervenções de enfermagem foram promoção do exercício, assistência para reduzir o peso, aconselhamento nutricional e melhora do enfrentamento.
