Demystifying sexuality during pregnancy: the continuity of health promotion in times of pandemic

Resumo: | Report the experience of carrying out an extension project in the pandemic by COVID-19 using technologies to carry out health education. This is an experience report of descriptive nature, using the method of systematization of experiences proposed by Oscar Jara Holliday. The use of technologies such as Instagram proved to be efficient to continue extension activities, enabling information to be provided to a large number of people contributing to the empowerment of the sexual health of pregnant women, and at the same time it was allowed to encourage measures to prevent contagion against SARS-CoV-2. The development of the extension project "Demystifying sexuality during pregnancy" contributed to expand academic training, as well as cooperated to build a society aware of the importance of sexual health by making them empowered about sexual function in pregnancy. |

Se trata de un informe de experiencias de carácter descriptivo, utilizando el método de sistematización de experiencias propuesto por Oscar Jara Holliday. El uso de tecnologías como Instagram demostró ser eficiente para continuar con las actividades de extensión, permitiendo proporcionar información a un gran número de personas contribuyendo al empoderamiento de la salud sexual de las mujeres embarazadas, y al mismo tiempo se permitió fomentar medidas para prevenir el contagio contra el SARS-CoV-2. El desarrollo del proyecto de extensión "Desmitificando la sexualidad durante el embarazo" contribuyó a ampliar la formación académica, así como a la construcción de una sociedad consciente de la importancia de la salud sexual al empoderarlos sobre la función sexual en el embarazo.Relatar a experiência de realizar um projeto de extensão na pandemia por COVID-19 utilizando-se de tecnologias para efetivação da educação em saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência de natureza descritiva, utilizando-se do método de sistematização de experiências proposto por Oscar Jara Holliday. A utilização de tecnologias como o Instagram mostrou-se eficiente para dá continuidade às atividades de extensão, possibilitando levar informações a um grande número de pessoas contribuindo com o empoderamento acerca da saúde sexual das gestantes, e ao mesmo tempo permitiu-se que houvesse o incentivo a medidas de prevenção do contágio contra o SARS-CoV-2.
