Resumo: The present study aimed to evaluate the attributes of Primary Health Care (PHC) provided by the teams of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) to pregnant women in four Community Health Centers, with 2 CSC located in the southern master plan and 2 CSC in the master plan north of Palmas-TO. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. For data collection, a sociodemographic and clinical questionnaire was used to characterize the profile of pregnant women, and to assess PHC, the Primary Care Assessment Tool - PCATool /Brazil (adult version) was used. 80 pregnant women participated in the study. Among the items analyzed, the attributes with the highest scores were: First contact access / Use and Coordination / integration of care. And the attributes with the lowest scores were: First contact access / Accessibility, Comprehensiveness / available systems, Comprehensiveness / services provided and Community orientation. From the study it was concluded that pregnant women consider PHC as their regular source of care, however, it was evident the presence of failures in care due to the majority of the attributes having been evaluated below the desirable, being necessary to improve the structure and performance of PHC in order to qualify women's health care, especially during the gestational period.

Participaram do estudo 80 gestantes. Research, Society and Development2020-09-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/852910.33448/rsd-v9i10.8529Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 No. 10; e3229108529Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 Núm. 10; e3229108529Research, Society and Development; v. 9 n. 10; e32291085292525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/8529/7649Copyright (c) 2020 Hanayla Sousa Santos; Ravena Gentil de Castro; Sanza Caroline Dias Coelho; Jéssica Campos da Silva; Sarah Lima Campos; Ana Kleiber Pessoa Borges; Fernando Rodrigues Peixoto Quaresmahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSantos, Hanayla Sousa Castro, Ravena Gentil de Coelho, Sanza Caroline Dias Silva, Jéssica Campos da Campos, Sarah Lima Borges, Ana Kleiber Pessoa Quaresma, Fernando Rodrigues Peixoto 2020-10-31T12:03:23Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/8529Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:30:59.140180Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
