The effects of microneedling on the atrophic scar of acne vulgaris

Resumo: | The study how to learn to work with microneedling in the treatment of automaton people healing by acne, in order to raise people's self-esteem. We searched the literature for articles and experimental studies, published in the last 10 years (2011-2021) in Portuguese and English, which addressed microneedling in atrophic healing of acne vulgaris. Five original studies were analyzed and addressed the effects of microneedling on atrophic acne healing. Altogether, the studies included 11 patients, 8 female and 3 male. In all studies, between 2 and 4 sessions were performed, lasting between 15 and 50 each session, using devices with 540 and 540 and 492 microneedles that had between 0.540 studies and 2.5 mm, in three studies the Roller device with 500 microneedles of 1.0 mm, in one study a dermaroller with 192 microneedles of 2.5mm was used, and in one study a roller with 540 microneedles of 0.5mm was used. Aesthetics aims to increase and improve self-confidence and self-esteem, which is why it has been standing out in a positive way in people's lives. Microagulation in the atrophic healing of acne is one of the treatments that aesthetics offers to improve this dysfunction and consequently the quality of life of the people considered. |

Se realizó una búsqueda en la literatura de artículos y estudios experimentales, publicados en los últimos 10 años (2011-2021) en portugués e inglés, que abordaran la microaguja en la cicatriz atrófica del acné vulgar. Se analizaron cinco estudios originales y se abordaron los efectos de las microagujas en las cicatrices atróficas del acné. En total, los estudios incluyeron 11 pacientes, 8 mujeres y 3 hombres. En todos los estudios se realizaron entre 2 y 4 sesiones con una duración de entre 15 y 50 minutos cada sesión, utilizando dispositivos de 540 y 192 microagujas que tenían entre 0,5 y 2,5 mm, en tres estudios el dispositivo Roller con 540 microagujas de 1,0 mm, en un estudio utilizó un dermaroller con 192 microagujas de 2,5 mm y un estudio utilizó un rodillo con 540 microagujas de 0,5 mm. La estética tiene como objetivo aumentar y mejorar la confianza en uno mismo y la autoestima, por lo que viene destacándose de manera positiva en la vida de las personas. El microneedling en la cicatriz atrófica de acné es uno de los tratamientos que ofrece la estética para mejorar esta disfunción y consecuentemente la calidad de vida de los afectados.O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a eficácia do microagulhamento no tratamento da cicatriz atrófica causada pela acne, com o intuito de elevar a autoestima das pessoas. Foram pesquisados na literatura artigos e estudos experimentais, publicados nos últimos 10 anos (2011-2021) no idioma português e inglês, que abordavam o microagulhamento na cicatriz atrófica da acne vulgar. Cinco estudos originais foram analisados e abordaram os efeitos do microagulhamento na cicatriz atrófica de acne. Ao todo, os estudos incluíram 11 pacientes, sendo 8 do sexo feminino e 3 do sexo masculino. Em todos os estudos foram realizadas entre 2 e 4 sessões, com duração entre 15 e 50 minutos cada sessão, utilizando aparelhos com 540 e 192 microagulhas que tinham entre 0,5 e 2,5mm, em três estudos foi utilizado o aparelho Roller com 540 microagulhas de 1,0 mm, em um estudo foi utilizado o dermaroller com 192 microagulhas de 2,5mm, e em um estudo foi utilizado o Roller com 540 microagulhas de 0,5mm. A estética objetiva aumentar e melhorar a autoconfiança e autoestima, por isso ela vem se destacando de forma positiva na vida das pessoas.
