Influence of educational technologies on the biopsychosocial context of pregnant and puerperal women

Resumo: The use of technologies in communication and health have relevant changes in the care of the population, acting in a transforming way, respecting the principles of equity, cultures, regionalities, motor and psychic abilities. The objective was to identify, through updated literature, the importance of using information and communication technologies in the care of pregnant women. This is an integrative review of the literature of studies, involving scientific publications on the influence of educational technologies in the biopsychosocial context of pregnant and postpartum women. A total of 45 articles were found, of which a careful and floating reading was carried out and of these, four fit the research, presenting an acceptable level of evidence. The studies brought broad and different approaches in research on the influence of educational technologies in the biopsychosocial context of pregnant and postpartum women, from the titles to the methodological approach. The four studies were divided into two categories: 1) Lack of training of health professionals for the management of educational technologies. 2) Influence of the correct use of educational technologies, based on the title and subject addressed, so that they could be better explored. In this study, the importance of using educational technologies as a form of health promotion was highlighted.

El objetivo fue identificar, a través de la literatura actualizada, la importancia del uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el cuidado de la mujer embarazada. Esta es una revisión integradora de la literatura de estudios, involucrando publicaciones científicas sobre la influencia de las tecnologías educativas en el contexto biopsicosocial de mujeres embarazadas y puérperas. Se encontraron un total de 45 artículos, de los cuales se realizó una lectura atenta y flotante y de estos, cuatro se ajustan a la investigación, presentando un nivel de evidencia aceptable. Los estudios trajeron enfoques amplios y diferentes en la investigación sobre la influencia de las tecnologías educativas en el contexto biopsicosocial de las mujeres embarazadas y puérperas, desde los títulos hasta el abordaje metodológico. Los cuatro estudios se dividieron en dos categorías: 1) Falta de formación de los profesionales de la salud para el manejo de tecnologías educativas. 2) Influencia del uso correcto de las tecnologías educativas, en función del título y tema abordado, para su mejor aprovechamiento. En este estudio, se destacó la importancia del uso de tecnologías educativas como forma de promoción de la salud.A utilização das tecnologias em comunicação e saúde possuem relevantes mudanças nos cuidados com a população, agindo de maneira transformadora, respeitando os princípios de equidade, as culturas, regionalidades, capacidades motoras e psíquicas. Objetivou-se identificar, por meio de literatura atualizada, a importância da utilização das tecnologias de informação e comunicação nos cuidados para com as gestantes. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de estudos, envolvendo publicações científicas sobre a influência das tecnologias educacionais no contexto biopsicossocial de gestantes e puérperas. Foram encontrados 45 artigos, dos quais realizou-se a leitura criteriosa e flutuante e desses, quatro se enquadraram na pesquisa, apresentando um aceitável nível de evidência. Os estudos trouxeram abordagens amplas e diferentes nas pesquisas sobre a influência das tecnologias educacionais no contexto biopsicossocial de gestantes e puérperas, desde os títulos, até a abordagem metodológica. Os quatro estudos foram divididos em duas categorias: 1) Ausência de capacitação de profissionais da saúde, para o manejo de tecnologias educativas. 2) Influência do uso correto das tecnologias educacionais, isso com base no título e no assunto abordado, para que pudessem ser mais bem explorados.
