Reflection on educational coaching as a practical process in the classroom

Resumo: | In recent decades, educational coaching has been proposed as a tool to help the teacher in his work and, in this way, students achieve the expected success in their learning process. To do this, there are numerous theorists who have advanced in the research of this construct and it is believed necessary to make a humble systematization of what it means to implement this process in the classroom. To carry out the proposed objective: to explore and describe research related to the application of educational coaching in the classroom; a literature review has been developed that, after conducting a content analysis, has extracted different considerations and the process to be carried out to establish a teaching-learning process in which educational coaching is measured. |

Para ello, hay numerosos teóricos que han avanzado en la investigación de esta construcción y se cree que es necesario hacer una sistematización humilde de lo que significa implementar este proceso en el aula. Lograr el objetivo propuesto: explorar y ofrecer investigaciones relacionadas con la aplicación del coaching educativo en el aula; se desarrolla una revisión bibliográfica que, después de realizar un análisis de contenido, ha extraído diferentes consideraciones y el proceso que se llevará a cabo para establecer un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el que se mide el coaching educativo.Nas últimas décadas, o coaching educacional tem sido proposto como uma ferramenta de uso para auxiliar o professor em seu trabalho e, desta forma, os alunos alcançam o sucesso esperado em seu processo de aprendizagem. Para isso, há inúmeros teóricos que avançaram na pesquisa desse construto e acredita-se que é necessário fazer uma sistematização humilde do que significa implementar esse processo em sala de aula.
