Teaching-learning in youth and adult education and Bourdieu's theory of reproduction

Resumo: The aim of this work was to present approximations between the teaching-learning process in the education of young people and adults and the theory of reproduction of the scholar Pierre Bourdieu. It is possible to observe that, through the concepts proposed by the author, there are reflexes in the EJA, however it can be detached from a reproduction, as through practices that consider its context and its learnings. Bourdieu and Passeron's theory of reproduction brings with it conceptual elements such as symbolic violence, cultural capital and arbitrary power that can contribute to the understanding of certain realities, in this case, the educational one and more specifically on Youth and Adult Education (EJA), considering that these students come from a contextual reality of their own, with socioeconomic characteristics that go beyond age issues and that can have consequences on teaching-learning, making this class of students undergo a reproduction.

Es posible observar que, a través de los conceptos propuestos por el autor, hay reflejos en la EJA, sin embargo, puede separarse de una reproducción, como a través de prácticas que consideran su contexto y sus aprendizajes. La teoría de la reproducción de Bourdieu y Passeron trae consigo elementos conceptuales como la violencia simbólica, el capital cultural y el poder arbitrario que pueden contribuir a la comprensión de ciertas realidades, en este caso, la educativa y más específicamente sobre la Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos (EJA), considerando que estos estudiantes provienen de una realidad contextual propia, con características socioeconómicas que van más allá de los problemas de edad y que pueden tener consecuencias en la enseñanza-aprendizaje, haciendo que esta clase de estudiantes se reproduzca.O intuito deste trabalho foi apresentar aproximações entre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem na educação de jovens e adultos e a teoria da reprodução do estudioso Pierre Bourdieu. É possível observar que por meio dos conceitos propostos pelo autor há reflexos na EJA, todavia essa pode desvencilhar-se de uma reprodução, como por intermédio de práticas que considerem seu contexto e seus aprendizados. A teoria da reprodução de Bourdieu e Passeron traz consigo elementos conceituais como violência simbólica, capital cultural e poder arbitrário que podem colaborar para a  compreensão de determinadas realidades, neste caso, a educacional e mais especificamente sobre a Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), considerando que esses alunos advêm de uma realidade contextual própria, com características socioeconômica que ultrapassam questões de idade e que podem ter consequências no ensino-aprendizagem, fazendo que essa classe de alunado passe por uma reprodução.
