Resumo: The present research brings as main an analysis on the search of the truck drivers, that can trigger the national decision making and, therefore, widely reported between May and June 2018. explanation about the social enemies at local level in the municipality of Sousa-PB. So this is a case study. Law no. 12,529 / 2011, an Antitrust Law, based on the rules issued by the city's Consumer Protection and Protection Program. The indicators that are pointed to several factors that cause the truck drivers' demand, besides being informative about the political and social, besides the finding of conduct contrary to the Antitrust Law by the fuel stations.

Así, el presente trabajo contiene una breve investigación de sus causas, así como una explicación acerca de sus efectos sociales a nivel local en el municipio de Sousa-PB. Por lo tanto, este es un estudio de caso. El objetivo es analizar la conducta de los puestos de combustibles de dicho municipio a la luz de la Ley nº 12.529 / 2011, la Ley Antimonopolio, con base en las notificaciones difundidas por el Programa de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor de la ciudad. Los resultados apuntan a múltiples factores causantes de la huelga de los camioneros, tanto de orden económico como político y social, además de la constatación de conductas contrarias a la Ley Antimonopolio por parte de los puestos de combustibles.A presente pesquisa traz como escopo principal a análise acerca da greve dos caminhoneiros, que fora desencadeadora de impactos nacionais e, portanto, amplamente noticiada entre maio e junho de 2018. Assim, o presente trabalho contém uma breve investigação de suas causas, bem como uma explanação acerca de seus efeitos sociais a nível local no município de Sousa-PB. Logo, este é um estudo de caso. O objetivo é analisar a conduta dos postos de combustíveis do referido município a luz da Lei nº 12.529/2011, a Lei Antitruste, com base nas notificações difundidas pelo Programa de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor da cidade.
