Resumo: | Based on the problem of early weaning in children of teenage mothers, this work aims to point out the increase in incidences, clarify the importance and advantages of exclusive breastfeeding for the baby up to the 6th month of life, and also that breastfeeding is diversified from according to several factors such as socioeconomic, psychosocial, cultural and belief. Depending on the characteristics of this teenage mother and the level of knowledge about the advantages that exclusive breastfeeding provides. It is up to nursing professionals to know how to identify the problems that have caused the increase in this incidence, and the frequent occurrence of this problem, and to provide continuing education from prenatal care to postpartum for these adolescent mothers and their families, encouraging them with evidence from mothers who exclusively breastfed until the 6th month of life, and the benefits they provided to their children. This is a research, with a quantitative approach, carried out at the Marfel family clinic and the Vasco Barcelos health post in the city of Nova Iguaçu. So, knowledge on this topic is of paramount importance for nursing professionals, which requires monitoring and evaluation of these adolescent nursing mothers and the extent to which the external influence of their families can help or hinder exclusive breastfeeding, essential performance of these professionals to seek strategies to try to minimize and remedy this problem, early weaning of children of teenage mothers. |

Dependiendo de las características de esta madre adolescente y del nivel de conocimiento sobre las ventajas que brinda la lactancia materna exclusiva. Corresponde a los profesionales de enfermería saber identificar los problemas que han provocado el aumento de esta incidencia, y la frecuente ocurrencia de este problema, y brindar educación continua desde la atención prenatal hasta el posparto a estas madres adolescentes y sus familias, alentándolas con evidencias de madres que amamantaron exclusivamente hasta el sexto mes de vida y los beneficios que les brindaron a sus hijos. Se trata de una investigación, con enfoque cuantitativo, realizada en la clínica de la familia Marfel y el puesto de salud Vasco Barcelos de la ciudad de Nova Iguaçu. Así, el conocimiento sobre este tema es de suma importancia para los profesionales de enfermería, lo que requiere el seguimiento y evaluación de estas madres lactantes adolescentes y en qué medida la influencia externa de sus familias puede ayudar o dificultar la lactancia materna exclusiva, actuación fundamental de estos profesionales para buscar estrategias. para tratar de minimizar y remediar este problema, el destete temprano de los hijos de madres adolescentes.Com base no problema do desmame precoce em filhos de mães adolescentes, esse trabalho tem por objetivo apontar o aumento de incidências, esclarecer importância e vantagens do aleitamento materno exclusivo para o bebê até o 6º mês de vida, e também que a amamentação é diversificada de acordo com vários fatores como socioeconômico, psicossocial, cultural e crença. Dependendo das características dessa mãe adolescente e o nível de conhecimento sobre as vantagens que o aleitamento materno exclusivo proporciona. Cabe aos profissionais de enfermagem saber identificar os problemas que tem causado o aumento dessa incidência, e a frequente ocorrência desse problema e proporcionar uma educação continuada desde o pré-natal até o pós parto dessas mães adolescente com seus familiares, os estimulando com evidências de mães que amamentaram exclusivamente até o 6º mês de vida, e os benefícios que proporcionaram a seus filhos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa, com abordagem quantitativa, realizada na clínica da família Marfel e o posto de saúde Vasco Barcelos no município de Nova Iguaçu.
