Phillips 66: possibility of a pedagogical intervention

Resumo: This experience report aims to reflect the application of a Phillips 66 Teaching Strategy with fifteen high school students from a Taquari Valley State School, Rio Grande do Sul. This is a qualitative research and was based theoretically on the theoretical presuppositions of Mathematical Research, recommended by Ponte, Brocado and Oliveira (2009). It can be evidenced that through it it was possible to challenge the students to the numerous actions: the defense of ideas, the power of argumentation, the judgment and the decision making. According to the students' reports, it was possible to perceive that they are accustomed to routine activities in the classroom and emphasize that the strategy was a rich form of exchange of dialogues, discussions and debate, supported in a real situation.

Esta es una investigación cualitativa y fue que se basó teóricamente en los presupuestos teóricos de la Investigación Matemática, preconizados por Ponte, Brocardo y Oliveira (2009). Se puede evidenciar que a través de ella fue posible desafiar a los alumnos a las innumerables acciones: la defensa de ideas, el poder de argumentación, el juicio y la toma de decisión. Según el relato de los alumnos, fue posible percibir que están acostumbrados a actividades rutinarias en el aula y destacan que la estrategia fue una forma rica de intercambio de diálogos, discusiones y debate, apoyados en una situación real.Esse relato de experiência tem como objetivo refletir a aplicação de uma Estratégia de Ensino Phillips 66, com quinze alunos do segundo ano do Ensino Médio, de uma Escola Estadual do Vale do Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul. Esta é uma pesquisa qualitativa e foi alicerçada teoricamente nos pressupostos teóricos da Investigação Matemática, preconizados por Ponte, Brocardo e Oliveira (2009). Pode-se evidenciar que através dela foi possível desafiar os alunos às inúmeras ações: a defesa de ideias, o poder de argumentação, o julgamento e a tomada de decisão.
