Resumo: Introduction: Immunization is an effective health strategy, especially in children, being adopted by the Brazilian health system. With the increase in vaccination, the possibility of post-vaccination adverse events (AEPV) increases, with mandatory notification in Brazil, when severe or when there is death. Objective: to analyze the AEFI notified in the SI-EAPV, in the State of Amapá, in children under 06 years old, between the years 2015 and 2017. Methodology: exploratory, descriptive, quantitative and comparative research of the AEFI using data from the SI-EAPV, between 01/01/2015 and 12/31/2017. Results: There were 04 notified cases, 50% EANG, 25% EAG and 25% were not related to immunization. The vaccine most related to EAPV was the Pentavalent. The average age of 07 months was observed for the reported cases. Fever was the only sign/symptom reported in all cases. Conclusion: The amounts of AEFI notified in the system in the State are lower than those noticed in other regions, with underreporting observed.
