Perception of pregnant women and soropositive people to about the stigma related to hiv / aids in family, social and psychological scopes: a literature review

Resumo: The study aimed to identify the difficulties and coping of pregnant women and seropositive mothers in relation to society, verifying their understanding of the forms of transmission and treatment and the perception related to their quality of life. It deals with an integrative review. The search was carried out by two reviewers, simultaneously and independently, from March to April 2020. Thus, an active search was carried out in the databases registered in the electronic portal of the Virtual Health Library (VHL), where they are located. indexed the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem online (MEDLINE), Nursing Database (BDENF); and in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) virtual library, after analyzing the articles, 15 were selected for the study. The descriptors selected for the operationalization of the searches will be inserted in the vocabularies Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS) and in the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), which were crossed are: Pregnancy found 1455 articles, HIV that were 85 articles and Pregnant Women 6 articles, totaling after the selection, reading in 15 articles for analysis and discussion of the research.This study allowed to understand the perception of the pregnant women and puerperal women in relation to HIV, where many show sadness and despair when they worry about prejudice and often with a lack of information.

Se trata de una revisión integradora. La búsqueda fue realizada por dos revisores, de forma simultánea e independiente, de marzo a abril de 2020. Por lo tanto, se realizó una búsqueda activa en las bases de datos registradas en el portal electrónico de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), donde se encuentran. indexó las bases de datos: Literatura latinoamericana y caribeña en ciencias de la salud (LILACS), Análisis de literatura médica y sistemas de recuperación en línea (MEDLINE), Base de datos de enfermería (BDENF); y en la biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), después de analizar los artículos, se seleccionaron 15 para el estudio. Los descriptores seleccionados para la operacionalización de las búsquedas se insertarán en los descriptores de vocabularios en ciencias de la salud (DeCS) y en los encabezados de temas médicos (MeSH), que se cruzaron son: embarazo encontrado 1455 artículos, VIH que fueron 85 artículos y Mujeres embarazadas 6 artículos, que totalizan después de la selección, leyendo en 15 artículos para el análisis y discusión de la investigación. Este estudio permitió comprender la percepción de las mujeres embarazadas y las mujeres puerperales en relación con el VIH, donde muchos muestran tristeza y desesperación cuando se preocupan por los prejuicios y a menudo con falta de información.O estudo objetivou identificar as dificuldades e enfrentamento das gestantes e puérperas soropositivas em relação à sociedade, verificando a compreensão das mesmas quanto às formas de transmissão e tratamento e a percepção relacionada à sua qualidade de vida. Trata de uma revisão integrativa. A busca foi realizada por dois revisores, simultaneamente e de forma independente, no período de março a abril de 2020. Dessa forma, foi realizada uma busca ativa nas bases de dados registradas no portal eletrônico da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), onde estão indexadas as bases de dados: Literatura Latino- Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (MEDLINE), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF); e na biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), após a analise dos artigos, foram selecionados 15 para o estudo.
