Aspects of the teacher PhD's constitution in the Amazon in the 21st century: points and counterpoints

Resumo: | The purpose of this research is to analyze aspects that relate to the teacher PhD's constitution in the Legal Amazon in the 21st century. With this, we try to talk about the academic and experiential formations, to discuss about the advantages and difficulties of becoming a PhD, as well as to discuss some points that indicate the attitudes, postures, actions and practices that the teacher in education must assume before the amazonian realities. We performed a qualitative research, considering that the focus of this investigation is in the entire process of its construction and not only in the results obtained. We also developed a bibliographical research in books and scientific articles related to the theme, considering the contribution of diverse authors. In this way, we have shown that the teacher PhD's constitution in this century is a continuous and complex process, which encompasses formations, knowledge, practices, skills, abilities, attitudes and utopias that promote transformational movements in the different contexts of amazonian spaces. We also understand that even with the difficulties that involve the teacher's performance nowadays, the social contribution and its representation are still points that help in the satisfaction of being a teacher PhD in the Amazon. |

Con eso, procuramos discurrir sobre las formaciones académicas y experienciales, debatir sobre ventajas y dificultades de constituirse doctor, y disertar sobre algunos puntos que señalan las actitudes, posturas, acciones y prácticas que el docente en educación debe asumir ante las realidades amazónicas. Realizamos una investigación de abordaje cualitativo, considerando que el foco de esta investigación está en todo el proceso de su construcción y no sólo en los resultados obtenidos. También desarrollamos una investigación bibliográfica en libros y artículos científicos relacionados con la temática, considerando la contribución de diversos autores. De esta manera, evidenciamos que la constitución del profesor doctor en este siglo es un proceso continuo y complejo, que comprende formaciones, conocimientos, prácticas, competencias, habilidades, actitudes y utopías que propician movimientos de transformación en los diferentes contextos de los espacios amazónicos. Entendemos aún que incluso con las dificultades que envuelven la actuación del profesor en la actualidad, la contribución social y su representación todavía son puntos que auxilian en la satisfacción en constituirse profesor doctor en la Amazonia Legal.O propósito desta pesquisa é analisar aspectos que se relacionam a constituição do professor doutor na área de educação no século XXI na Amazônia Legal. Com isso, procuramos discorrer sobre as formações acadêmicas e experienciais, debater sobre vantagens e dificuldades de se constituir doutor, bem como dissertar sobre alguns pontos que sinalizam as atitudes, posturas, ações e práticas que o docente em educação deve assumir diante das realidades amazônicas. Realizamos uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, considerando que o foco desta investigação está em todo o processo de sua construção e não apenas nos resultados obtidos. Desenvolvemos ainda uma pesquisa bibliográfica em livros e artigos científicos relacionados a temática, considerando a contribuição de diversificados autores. Desta maneira, evidenciamos que a constituição do professor doutor neste século é um processo contínuo e complexo, que compreende formações, conhecimentos, práticas, competências, habilidades, atitudes e utopias que propiciam movimentos de transformação nos diferentes contextos dos espaços amazônicos.
