The acting of nurse front relation to pregnant women living with HIV/Aids

Resumo: Objective: to know the acting of nurses front pregnant women living with HIV/AIDS. Method: qualitative study, developed through semi-structured interview, with nurses from Family Health Strategies. The data were submitted to thematic content analysis. Results: the idea persists that prenatal care for pregnant women living with HIV/AIDS differs from side dish other women who do not have the disease. Nurses consider it necessary to refer this clientele to specialized services. They do not feel prepared/trained to attend these pregnant women, as they understand that they need special care and additional guidance, mainly related to exams and drug treatment. Conclusion: immediate needs relative to the theme of the study were identified, such as the need for permanent professional education, academic training for infectious diseases, flowchart in atenction prenatal care that helps in the identification and referral of pregnant women, in addition to research from the perspective of pregnant women living with HIV/AIDS.

Método: estudio cualitativo, desarrollado a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, con enfermeras de Estrategia Salud de la Familia. Los datos fueron sometidos a análisis de contenido temático. Resultados: persiste la idea de que la atención prenatal para las mujeres embarazadas que viven con VIH/SIDA difiere del monitoreo de otras mujeres que no tienen la enfermedad. Las enfermeras consideran necesario remitir a esta clientela a servicios especializados. No se sienten preparadas/capacitadas para atender a estas mujeres embarazadas, ya que entienden que necesitan cuidado especial y orientación adicional, principalmente relacionada con los exámenes y el tratamiento medicado. Conclusiones: se identificaron necesidades inmediatas relacionadas con el tema del estudio, como la necesidad de educación profesional permanente, capacitación académica enfocada en enfermedades infecciosas, diagrama de flujo en atención prenatal que ayuda en la identificación y derivación de mujeres embarazadas, además de la investigación de desde la perspectiva de las mujeres embarazadas que viven con el VIH/SIDA.Objetivo: conhecer a atuação do enfermeiro frente à gestante vivendo com HIV/Aids. Método: estudo qualitativo, desenvolvido por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, com enfermeiros de Estratégias de Saúde da Família. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: persiste a ideia de que o pré-natal de gestantes vivendo com HIV/ Aids diferencia-se do acompanhamento de outras mulheres que não possuem a doença. Os enfermeiros consideram necessário o encaminhamento desta clientela para serviços especializados. Eles não se sentem preparados/capacitados para atender essas gestantes, pois entendem que elas necessitam de cuidados especiais e orientações adicionais, relacionados, principalmente, com os exames e tratamento medicamentoso.
