Resumo: The Basic Health Units (UBS) are characterized by being the main gateway of the population to the Unified Health System (SUS), through the provision of a multiprofessional service, where users can have access to various services, without having to there is a need for referral to hospitals. These services offered are aimed at preventing and promoting the health of the population. The work refers to an experience report, carried out while undergraduates of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Faculdade Irecê - FAI, from 08/09/2021 to 12/23/2021. It aimed to describe the practice experienced in the Internship Supervised I, where the Situational Strategic Planning (PES) was built, and after presenting the proposal to the unit's employees, we were able to effectively implement it. It is noteworthy that the PES aims to present the current scenario and the planning for the future, as well as the objectives, goals, actions, indicators and evaluation, so that they guide the development of the activities of the health units. At the end of the Supervised Internship I, it is concluded that the aforementioned was of great importance for our personal and professional growth, is that a planned management can make health services more human, provide users with comprehensive and satisfactory assistance and facilitate professionals a better organization for work.

Estos servicios ofrecidos están orientados a la prevención y promoción de la salud de la población. El trabajo se refiere a un relato de experiencia, realizado en la graduación de la Licenciatura en Enfermería en la Faculdade Irecê - FAI, del 09/08/2021 al 23/12/2021, y tuvo como objetivo describir la práctica vivida en el Internado Supervisado I, donde se construyó el Planeamiento Estratégico Situacional (PES), y luego de presentar la propuesta a los trabajadores de la unidad, logramos implementarlo de manera efectiva. Se destaca que el PES tiene como objetivo presentar el escenario actual y la planificación para el futuro, así como los objetivos, metas, acciones, indicadores y evaluación, para que orienten el desarrollo de las actividades de las unidades de salud. Al finalizar el Internado Supervisado I se concluye que lo anterior fue de gran importancia para nuestro crecimiento personal y profesional, es que una gestión planificada puede humanizar los servicios de salud, brindar a los usuarios una asistencia integral y satisfactoria y facilitar a los profesionales una mejor organización para el trabajo.As Unidade Básicas de Saúde (UBS), se caracterizam por ser a principal porta de entrada da população para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), através de prestação de um serviço multiprofissional, onde os usuários podem ter acesso a diversos atendimentos, sem que haja a necessidade de encaminhamento para os hospitais. Esses serviços oferecidos têm por objetivo a prevenção e promoção da saúde da população. O trabalho refere-se a um relato de experiência, realizado enquanto formandos do curso de Bacharel em Enfermagem da Faculdade Irecê – FAI, no período de 09/08/2021 a 23 / 12/ 2021. Teve como objetivo descrever a prática vivenciada no Estágio Supervisionado I, onde se realizou a construção do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES), e após apresentar a proposta aos colaboradores da unidade, conseguimos efetivamente implementá-lo. Destaca-se que o PES tem o objetivo apresentar o panorama atual e o planejamento para o futuro, bem como os objetivos, metas, ações, indicadores e avaliação, para que pautem o desenvolvimento das atividades das unidades de saúde.
