Resumo: Occupational Health is the promotion of labor conditions to ensure the highest degree of quality of life at work, protecting the health of workers, promoting the physical well-being, mental and social health, preventing and controlling diseases and injuries by reducing threatening conditions. The most frequent problems of professionals dealing with occupational health are fractures, cuts and sprains from accidents at work, repetitive motion disorders, problems with vision and hearing and the diseases caused by exposure to substances unhygienic or radioactive. Also can encounter stress caused by work or by relations. Occupational health is an important issue for governments, which must ensure the well-being of workers and compliance with the scope of work. We aimed to observe how occur periodic inspections to determine the conditions under which they are developed various types of work activities. Thus, it is important to analyze how the management acts of workplace accidents within companies. Through the review it was observed that besides the recognition of technical failures of security is lacking in the safety management system that need to be considered in the cast of prevention recommendations to be presented to the company in the outcome of the intervention surveillance, and thus record, process, analyze and define improvement plans to reduce accidents and incidents at work.

Los problemas más frecuentes de los profesionales que se ocupan de la salud ocupacional son las fracturas, los cortes y las distensiones debidas a accidentes de trabajo, trastornos repetitivos del movimiento, problemas de visión y audición, y enfermedades causadas por la exposición a Sustancias insalubres o radioactivas. También pueden venir a través del estrés causado por el trabajo o las relaciones laborales. La salud ocupacional es una cuestión importante para los gobiernos, que debe garantizar el bienestar de los trabajadores y el cumplimiento de las normas en el ámbito del trabajo. Nuestro objetivo es examinar cómo se realizan las inspecciones periódicas en los distintos sectores sanitarios, con el fin de determinar las condiciones en las que se desarrollan los distintos tipos de actividades de trabajo. Por lo tanto, es importante tener en cuenta cómo la gestión de los accidentes ocupacionales opera dentro de las empresas que proporcionan servicios de salud. A través de la revisión fue posible observar que, además de reconocer los fracasos técnicos de la seguridad, hay una falta de gestión de la seguridad del sistema, que debe tenerse en cuenta en el reparto de las recomendaciones preventivas que se presentarán a la empresa en el resultado De la intervención de vigilancia, y por lo tanto, registrar, abordar, analizar y definir planes de mejora para reducir accidentes e incidentes de trabajo en las empresas del sector de la salud.Saúde ocupacional consiste na promoção de condições laborais que garantam o mais elevado grau de qualidade de vida no trabalho, protegendo a saúde dos trabalhadores, promovendo o bem-estar físico, mental e social, prevenindo e controlando os acidentes e as doenças através da redução das condições de risco. Os problemas mais frequentes dos profissionais que lidam com a saúde ocupacional são as fraturas, os cortes e as distensões por acidentes no trabalho, os distúrbios por movimentos repetitivos, os problemas de visão e de audição e as doenças causadas pela exposição a substâncias anti-higiênicas ou radioativas. Também se podem deparar com o stress causado pelo trabalho ou pelas relações laborais. A saúde ocupacional é um tema importante para os governos, os quais devem garantir o bem-estar dos trabalhadores e o cumprimento das normas no âmbito do trabalho. Objetivamos revisar como ocorrem as inspeções periódicas nos diversos setores da saúde, de modo a determinar as condições mediante as quais são desenvolvidos os vários tipos de atividades laborais. Assim, faz-se importante considerar como atua a gestão de acidentes de trabalho dentro das empresas que prestam serviço de saúde.
