Contributions of the Pedagogical Political Project within the scope of the Monte Sinai Municipal School in Manaus

Resumo: The theme brings with it a reflection on the contribution of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP), which is an instrument that tends to help face the day-to-day challenges of the school in a systematic, conscious, scientific and participatory way. In this way, the general objective of this study is to analyze how the Political Pedagogical Project contributes to the daily life of the Monte Sinai Municipal School in Manaus/AM-Brazil. Methodology used was bibliographic and field, qualitative and quantitative. According to the teachers' response, it was very clear that the teacher is a fundamental part in the elaboration of the PPP, but there are still some who are resistant, and the change of paradigms is one of the aspects of the PPP. In this sense, it is up to the manager to guarantee the student an organized and quality service, so it is necessary for the manager to interact with the teachers, the team and the family. One of the biggest management challenges is still to consolidate educational practices using the PPP. The PPP is a document that must be known and accessible so that everyone involved can put it into practice. Finally, it is through the PPP that the curriculum is consolidated, as both are documents prepared collectively and gives us a direction to organize pedagogical actions in the school involving the entire school community.

De esta forma, el objetivo general de este estudio es analizar cómo el Proyecto Político Pedagógico contribuye al cotidiano de la Escuela Municipal Monte Sinaí de Manaus/AM-Brasil. La metodología utilizada fue bibliográfica y de campo, cualitativa y cuantitativa. De acuerdo a la respuesta de los docentes, quedó muy claro que el docente es parte fundamental en la elaboración del PPP, pero todavía hay algunos que se resisten, y el cambio de paradigmas es uno de los aspectos del PPP. En este sentido, corresponde al directivo garantizar al estudiante un servicio organizado y de calidad, por lo que es necesario que el directivo interactúe con los docentes, el equipo y la familia. Uno de los mayores desafíos de gestión sigue siendo consolidar las prácticas educativas a través del PPP. El PPP es un documento que debe ser conocido y accesible para que todos los involucrados puedan ponerlo en práctica. Finalmente, es a través del PPP que se consolida el currículo, ya que ambos son documentos elaborados colectivamente y nos da un rumbo para organizar las acciones pedagógicas en la escuela involucrando a toda la comunidad escolar.A temática traz consigo uma reflexão sobre a contribuição do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP), sendo este um instrumento que tende a ajudar a encarar os desafios do dia a dia da escola de uma forma sistematizada, consciente, científica e participativa. Desta forma, o objetivo geral deste estudo é analisar de que maneira o Projeto Político Pedagógico contribui para o dia a dia da Escola Municipal Monte Sinai em Manaus/AM-Brasil. Metodologia utilizada foi bibliográfica e de campo, de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo. Segundo a resposta dos professores ficou bem clara que o docente, é parte fundamental na elaboração do PPP, só que ainda existe alguns que são resistentes, e a mudança de paradigmas é uma das vertentes do PPP. Nesse sentido, cabe ao gestor garantir ao aluno um atendimento de forma organizada e de qualidade, por isso é necessário que o gestor interaja com os professores, com a equipe e com a família. Um dos maiores desafios da gestão ainda é consolidar as práticas educativas utilizando o PPP.  O PPP é um documento que deve ser conhecido e acessível para que seja colocado em prática por todos envolvidos.
