Resumo: | The aim of this study is to analyze insubordination in line with market orientation in restaurants. The methodology used was an exploratory and descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, created categories of analysis related to insubordination in restaurants and market orientation. Data collection took place through open questions using the data exhaustion technique with two restaurants called Restaurante Salmão and Pizzeria, as well as their main dishes, which were analyzed through content analysis. The main results show that it was possible to perceive that market orientation, mainly due to the responsiveness factor, fights insubordination, in addition, it is possible to verify with the employees hired through market orientation who demonstrates or not insubordination, with freelancers, did not show up. possible to check. |

La metodología utilizada fue una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, con enfoque cualitativo, creó categorías de análisis relacionadas con la insubordinación en los restaurantes y la orientación al mercado. La recolección de datos ocurrió a través de preguntas abiertas utilizando la técnica de agotamiento de datos con dos restaurantes llamados Restaurante Salmão y Pizzeria, así como sus platos principales, que fueron analizados a través del análisis de contenido. Los principales resultados muestran que fue posible percibir que la orientación al mercado, principalmente por el factor receptividad, combate la insubordinación, además, es posible verificar con los empleados contratados a través de la orientación al mercado que demuestra o no insubordinación, con los trabajadores independientes, no mostrar hasta posible comprobar.O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a insubordinação em consonância com a orientação para mercado em restaurantes. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa será exploratória e descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, criou categorias de análise relacionadas a insubordinação em restaurantes e a orientação para mercado. A coleta de dados ocorreu através de questões abertas utilizando-se a técnica de esgotamento de dados junto a dois restaurantes denominados Restaurante Salmão e Pizzaria, assim como seus pratos principais, que foram analisados através da análise de conteúdo.
