Resumo: | The puerperium is the period of the pregnancy cycle that corresponds to the regression of the physiological changes of pregnancy in the female body. It starts right after delivery of the placenta and ends around six weeks postpartum. It is necessary to strengthen the importance of the nurse's puerperal consultation, with a view to qualified care and comprehensive health care for mothers and newborns in Primary Care. Thus, the objective of this study is to strengthen the importance of qualified nursing care in the puerperal consultation in primary care. The study is an integrative literature review, with a qualitative character, carried out between the period of August and November 2021. Of the subjects covered in the studies, two had a greater prominence, where 71.42% dealt with the puerperal home visit and 57.14% addressed breastfeeding in the puerperal period. This study identified the importance of the role of nursing professionals in the puerperium, the implementation of programs and incentives for knowledge about the postpartum period, which should be increasingly present in Primary Care, to monitor, strengthen and guide the woman in this very special period, but which also often generates doubts and fears. |

Comienza poco después de la expulsión de la placenta y termina alrededor de las seis semanas posteriores al parto. Es necesario fortalecer la importancia de la consulta puerperal de la enfermera, con miras a una asistencia calificada y atención integral a la salud de la puérpera y del recién nacido en Atención Primaria, con ello, el objetivo de este estudio es fortalecer la importancia de la asistencia calificada de enfermeras en la consulta puerperal en la atención primaria. El estudio es una revisión integradora de la literatura, de carácter cualitativo, realizada entre el período de agosto a noviembre de 2021. De los temas abordados en los estudios, dos tuvieron mayor destaque, donde el 71,42% versó sobre la visita puerperal domiciliaria y El 57,14% abordó la lactancia materna en el puerperio. En el presente estudio se identificó la importancia de la actuación de los profesionales de enfermería en el puerperio, la implementación de programas e incentivos para el conocimiento sobre el puerperio, que debe estar cada vez más presente en la Atención Primaria, para acompañar, fortalecer y orientar a las mujeres en este período muy especial, pero que también genera muchas veces dudas y temores.O puerpério é o período do ciclo gravídico que corresponde à regressão das modificações fisiológicas da gestação no organismo feminino. Inicia-se logo após a dequitação da placenta e termina por volta de seis semanas pós-parto. É necessário fortalecer a importância da consulta puerperal do enfermeiro, com vista a uma assistência qualificada e a atenção integral à saúde da puérpera e do recém-nascido na Atenção Básica, com isso, o objetivo deste estudo é fortalecer a importância da assistência qualificada do enfermeiro na consulta puerperal na atenção básica. O estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com caráter qualitativo, realizada entre o período de agosto a novembro de 2021. Dos assuntos tratados nos estudos, dois tiveram um maior destaque, onde 71,42% trataram sobre a visita domiciliar puerperal e 57,14% abordaram sobre o aleitamento materno no período puerpérico. Identificou- se, no presente estudo, a importância da atuação dos profissionais de enfermagem no puerpério, a implantação de programas e incentivos ao conhecimento sobre o pós-parto, que devem ser cada vez mais presentes na Atenção Básica, para acompanhar, fortalecer e orientar a mulher neste período tão especial, mas que também muitas vezes gera dúvidas e medos.
