A bibliographic analysis on humanization of childbirth: Meaning and perception of puerperal women

Resumo: The first contact of pregnant women with the health service should be based on actions based on the reception and attention to health demands, with a contribution to humanized and qualified care. The work aims to identify the meanings and perceptions of puerperal women about humanized childbirth according to the literature. It is an integrative review, this method allows to unite and summarize results of research on the perception of puerperal women about humanized and systematic childbirth, contributing to strengthen the health strategies and improvements of the nurse's work. The data were interpreted, synthesized and conclusions were drawn from the various studies included in the integrative review. It is understood that the suffering in childbirth is mitigated with the actions of the nurse and the team, the mother has greater acceptability with health professionals, contributing strongly to the application of humanized practices. This analysis leads us to make more assertive decisions in the services offered in maternity hospitals, based on policies aimed at this audience, nursing professionals and multidisciplinary teams must be aligned with the objectives of changes in their practices in order to improve care. for women.

El trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar los significados y percepciones de las puérperas sobre el parto humanizado según la literatura. Es una revisión integradora, este método permite unir y resumir resultados de investigaciones sobre la percepción de las puérperas sobre el parto humanizado y sistemático, contribuyendo a fortalecer las estrategias de salud y mejoras del trabajo de la enfermera. Los datos fueron interpretados, sintetizados y se extrajeron conclusiones de los diversos estudios incluidos en la revisión integradora. Se entiende que el sufrimiento en el parto se mitiga con las acciones de la enfermera y el equipo, la madre tiene mayor aceptabilidad con los profesionales de la salud, contribuyendo fuertemente a la aplicación de prácticas humanizadas. Este análisis nos lleva a tomar decisiones más asertivas en los servicios que se ofrecen en los hospitales de maternidad, en base a políticas dirigidas a este público, los profesionales de enfermería y los equipos multidisciplinarios deben estar alineados con los objetivos de cambios en sus prácticas con el fin de mejorar la atención.Resumo O primeiro contato das gestantes com o serviço de saúde deve ter como base ações pautadas no acolhimento e atenção às demandas de saúde, tendo uma contribuição para um cuidado humanizado e qualificado. O trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os significados e percepções das puérperas sobre o parto humanizado segundo a literatura. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, este método permiti unir e resumir resultados de pesquisas sobre a percepção das puérperas sobre parto humanizado e sistemáticas, contribuindo para fortalecer as estratégias de saúde e melhorias de trabalho do enfermeiro. Os dados foram interpretados, sintetizados e conclusões foram formuladas originadas dos vários estudos incluídos na revisão integrativa. Compreende-se que o sofrimento no parto é atenuado com ações do enfermeiro e da equipe, a mãe tem a aceitabilidade maior com os profissionais de saúde, contribuindo fortemente para a aplicação das práticas humanizadas.
