Resumo: The general objective of this work is to identify, through the use of geotechnology, areas that have vegetation fragments and environmental conservation areas in the municipality of Belém. To generate maps and perform spatial analyses, two CBERS 04A images were acquired. From the analysis of the data obtained, it was possible to identify the environmental conservation areas of the municipality of Belém and the vegetation fragments, highlighting: the Ecological and Environmental Park of Belém, the State Park of Utinga, the Environmental Protection Area of Metropolitan Region of Belém, the Bosque Rodrigues Alves, the Emílio Goeldi Museum and the Environmental Protection Area of ​​Ilha do Combu, through the results it was verified the importance of geotechnologies for the identification of environmental protection areas, which can also be used with the aim of defining more effective forms of use and occupation of areas of vegetation fragments in Belém and in other municipalities interested in nature conservation.

Del análisis de los datos obtenidos, fue posible identificar las áreas de conservación ambiental del municipio de Belém y los fragmentos de vegetación, destacándose: el Parque Ecológico y Ambiental de Belém, el Parque Estadual de Utinga, el Área de Protección Ambiental de la Región Metropolitana de Belém, el Bosque Rodrigues Alves, el Museo Emílio Goeldi y el Área de Protección Ambiental de Ilha do Combu, a través de los resultados se verificó la importancia de las geotecnologías para la identificación de áreas de protección ambiental, que también pueden ser utilizadas con el objetivo de definir formas más efectivas de uso y ocupación de áreas de fragmentos de vegetación en Belém y en otros municipios interesados ​​en la conservación de la naturaleza.Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral identificar por meio do uso da geotecnologia as áreas que possuem fragmentos de vegetação e as áreas de conservação ambiental do município de Belém. Para gerar os mapas e fazer as análises espaciais, foram adquiridas duas imagens do CBERS 04A.
