Resumo: The present study aims to investigate the reflexes of the COVID-19 Pandemic on people's lives, the consequences of the challenges of social isolation and what preventive measures were taken to alleviate the problems that were generated as a result of this isolation. Thus, it was necessary to improve knowledge about aspects of the participants' daily experience and activities and their own understanding and reflections on their well-being. As well as presenting ways to deal with the phenomenon within the World context. The research is Quantitative - Analysis of items related to the impact of social isolation on the lives of Brazilians. A survey was carried out with the application of questionnaires, answered electronically, by the Google Docs.® system, with closed multiple-choice questions or with response options in the Likert scale format. The results showed that social isolation significantly impacted the lives of individuals, causing psychological and physical consequences such as anxiety and depression.

Por lo tanto, fue necesario mejorar el conocimiento sobre aspectos de la experiencia y las actividades diarias de los participantes y su propia comprensión y reflexiones sobre su bienestar. Así como presentar formas de enfrentar el fenómeno dentro del contexto mundial. La investigación es Cuantitativa - Análisis de ítems relacionados con el impacto del aislamiento social en la vida de los brasileños. Se realizó una encuesta con la aplicación de cuestionarios, respondidos electrónicamente, por el sistema Google Docs.®, con preguntas cerradas de opción múltiple o con opciones de respuesta en formato de escala Likert. Los resultados mostraron que el aislamiento social impactó significativamente en la vida de los individuos, provocando consecuencias psicológicas y físicas como ansiedad y depresión.O presente estudo tem como objetivo investigar os reflexos da Pandemia do COVID-19 na vida das pessoas, as consequências os desafios do isolamento social e quais as medidas preventivas que foram tomadas para se amenizar os problemas que foram gerados em resultado desse isolamento. Desse modo foi preciso aperfeiçoar os conhecimentos sobre aspectos da vivência e das atividades do dia a dia dos participantes e suas próprias compreensões e reflexões sobre seu bem-estar. Assim como apresentar formas para lidar com o fenômeno dentro do contexto Mundial. A pesquisa é do tipo Quantitativa – Análise de itens relacionados ao impacto do isolamento social na vida dos brasileiros. Foi realizado um levantamento com a aplicação de questionários, respondidos via eletrônica, pelo sistema Google Docs.®, com questões fechadas de múltipla escolha ou com opções de resposta no formato em escala Likert.
