Resumo: | The scientific article exposes the general aspects of image rights from the perspective of remote classes. To better elucidate a problem, there was a discussion about the right of image and its concept, in order to demonstrate that it has two species. Then, a historical analysis of this institute and its legal and constitutional meaning was carried out. Soon minutia also already existed remote minutiae that already existed and are the training classes, important and the educators that are the training exercises, it was important and the educators are executed as training classes, it was important and the educators are executed. Subsequently, it was observed that the use of images of educators from remote classes without their consent in commercial studies is not legal and that a contract of assignment is required to stipulate this consent. Therefore, in the construction until this work, an exploratory methodology was used, with a construction of construction, to develop or studies of concepts, studies, experiences, real cases and decisions. Finally, the method used in the research was the indirect inductive method. |

Para dilucidar mejor el problema, se discutió sobre el derecho de imagen y su concepto, con el fin de demostrar que tiene dos especies. Luego, se realizó un análisis histórico de este instituto y su significado jurídico y constitucional. Por lo tanto, también fue importante señalar que las clases remotas y las clases de aprendizaje a distancia ya existían, y que existen numerosos desafíos que enfrentan los educadores. Posteriormente, se observó que el uso de imágenes de docentes de clases a distancia sin su consentimiento en comerciales de estudiantes no es legal y que se requiere un contrato de cesión para estipular este consentimiento. Por lo tanto, en la elaboración de este trabajo se utilizó la metodología exploratoria, con el fin de aclarar, desarrollar o incluso modificar conceptos e ideas, con análisis de documentos, entrevistas, relatos de casos reales y decisiones judiciales. Finalmente, el método utilizado en la investigación fue el método inductivo indirecto.O artigo científico expõe os aspectos gerais sobre analisar o direito de imagem sob a ótica das aulas remotas. Para melhor elucidar sobre a problemática, fez-se uma discussão acerca do direito de imagem e seu conceito, de modo a demonstrar que este possui duas espécies. Em seguida, foi realizada uma análise histórica desse instituto e sua acepção legal e constitucional. Logo, foi importante minuciar também de que já existiam aulas remotas e aulas EAD, e que são inúmeros os desafios enfrentados pelos educadores. Em sequência, observou-se que o uso de imagens de educadores de aulas remotas sem o seu consentimento em comerciais estudantis não é legal e que se necessita que sejam realizados um contrato de cessão para estipular esse consentimento. Portanto, na confecção desse trabalho foi utilizada a metodologia exploratória, com a finalidade de esclarecer, desenvolver ou até mesmo modificar conceitos e ideias, com análise de documentos, entrevistas, relatos de casos reais e decisões jurídicas.
