Resumo: Bleach is a widely used sanitizer due to its high disinfection and bleaching power. The production process must be monitored by quality control from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product packaged. The objective of this review article is about the processing and production of bleach, with the controls carried out during the production process: physical-chemical control, packaging composition, applications and risks. The research was carried out by searching for information on the internet about published scientific articles, covering topics such as the concentration of active chlorine, the efficiency of sanitization for hortifruti, the efficiency against the dengue mosquito larvae and information on care during handling, avoiding domestic accidents. In view of the information researched, it was concluded that bleach is very efficient in sanitizing and sanitizing as long as it is in the ideal concentration and receives all the necessary controls during the production process.

El proceso de producción debe ser monitoreado por control de calidad desde la recepción de las materias primas hasta el producto terminado y empacado. El propósito de este artículo de revisión describe el procesamiento y producción de lejía, con los controles realizados a lo largo del proceso de fabricación, incluyendo el control físico-químico, composición del empaque, aplicaciones y riesgos. La investigación se realizó mediante la búsqueda de información en internet sobre artículos científicos publicados, que abarcan temas como la concentración de cloro activo, la eficiencia de sanitización para hortifruti, la eficiencia contra las larvas del mosquito del dengue e información sobre cuidados durante el manejo, evitando doméstico accidentes. En vista de la información investigada, se concluyó que la lejía es muy eficiente para higienizar y sanitizar siempre y cuando esté en la concentración ideal y reciba todos los controles necesarios durante el proceso de producción.A água sanitária é um sanitizante muito utilizado, produzido a partir do hipoclorito de sódio possui um alto poder de desinfecção e alvejamento. O processo produtivo deve ser monitorado pelo controle de qualidade desde o recebimento das matérias-primas até o produto acabado e envasado. O objetivo do presente artigo de revisão descreve sobre o processamento e produção da água sanitária, com os controles realizados durante toda a fabricação incluindo controle físico-químico, composição da embalagem, aplicações e riscos. As pesquisas foram realizadas buscando informações na internet sobre artigos científicos publicados, abordando temas como a concentração do cloro ativo, a eficiência de sanitização para hortifrúti, a eficiência contra a larva do mosquito da dengue e as informações sobre os cuidados durante o manuseio evitando acidentes domésticos.
