Identification and analysis of intervention in a 30-year-old professional with TDAH

Resumo: | The study addresses the issue of a professional aged 30 years with suspected ADHD. This is a concept that draws the attention of researchers in the context of inclusive education. It is noticed that in Brazil a paradox exists between what the laws preach and what is actually carried out in practice. Companies are not yet prepared to deal with professionals who have these characteristics. Thus, this article aimed to address the challenges of professional inclusion of a person with ADHD. Thus, it was a bibliographic, qualitative, exploratory and explanatory study, which are part of the methodological framework of the study. Data mining was carried out in the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, scientific articles and other academic media. The study showed as results: a) the existence of characteristics of a professional who shows some characteristics of ADHD. And with regard to the conclusions, the study can conclude that the theme of ADHD in organizations needs to be further discussed in terms of its debate and suggests the participation of the family and other professionals who act as satellites to this patient, as a way of making professional inclusion in all decision-making processes of the organization is more fruitful. The biggest challenge for a company is an inclusive bias is to guarantee access and permanence of these professionals in all existing processes in companies, with a view to achieving greater efficiency in their various professional activities, in addition to having and exercising all their citizen rights. |

Este es un concepto que llama la atención de los investigadores en el contexto de la educación inclusiva. Se advierte que en Brasil existe una paradoja entre lo que predican las leyes y lo que realmente se lleva a cabo en la práctica. Las empresas aún no están preparadas para tratar con profesionales de estas características. Así, este artículo tuvo como objetivo abordar los desafíos de la inclusión profesional de una persona con TDAH. Así, fue un estudio bibliográfico, cualitativo, exploratorio y explicativo, que forman parte del marco metodológico del estudio. Se realizó minería de datos en la Biblioteca Digital de Tesis y Disertaciones, artículos científicos y otros medios académicos. El estudio mostró como resultados: a) la existencia de características de un profesional que presenta algunas características del TDAH. Y en cuanto a las conclusiones, el estudio puede concluir que el tema del TDAH en las organizaciones necesita ser más discutido en cuanto a su debate y sugiere la participación de la familia y otros profesionales que actúen como satélites de este paciente, como una forma de haciendo más fructífera la inclusión profesional en todos los procesos de toma de decisiones de la organización. El mayor desafío para una empresa con sesgo inclusivo es garantizar el acceso y la permanencia de estos profesionales en todos los procesos existentes en las empresas, con miras a lograr una mayor eficiencia en sus diversas actividades profesionales, además de tener y ejercer todos sus derechos ciudadanos.O estudo aborda sobre a questão de um profissional com idade de 30 anos com suspeita da TDAH. Esse é um conceito que chama a atenção de pesquisadores no contexto da educação inclusiva. Percebe-se que no Brasil um paradoxo é existente entre o que as leis pregam e o que é de fato realizado na prática. As empresas ainda não estão preparadas para lidar com profissionais que tenham essas características. Assim, esse artigo teve como objetivo abordar sobre os desafios da inclusão profissional de uma pessoa com TDAH. Dessa forma, tratou-se de um estudo bibliográfico, qualitativo, exploratório e explicativo, que integram o arcabouço metodológico do estudo. A prospecção de dados foi realizada na base de dados Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações, artigos científicos e demais meios de comunicação acadêmicos. O estudo demonstrou como resultados: a) a existência de características de um profissional que mostra algumas características de TDAH. E no que se refere as conclusões, o estudo pode concluir que a temática do TDAH nas organizações precisa ser mais aprofundada no que tange ao seu debate e sugestiona a participação familiar e dos demais profissionais que atuam satélites a esse paciente, como uma forma de tornar mais profícua a inclusão profissional em todos os processos decisórios da organização.
