Contributions of the university extension on autism in learning the sensitive care of graduates

Resumo: | Objective: To analyze the contributions of a university extension to the learning of health care for residents of Family and Community Health. Methodology: This is a research with a qualitative, descriptive and observational approach, composed of 8 residents participating in an extension project. The extension project, consists of the creation of conversation circles with therapists specialized in the care of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and its target audience is the community in general that is interested in the theme or who are caregivers of people with autism. The residents were interviewed, the data were recorded by the researcher and according to the Content Analysis proposed by Bardin16, in which they were transcribed in full and analyzed for the construction of the research. Results: According to the analysis of the testimonies, projects focused on this theme can contribute to prepare professionals for new challenges, in addition to contributing to the more humanized training of these professionals, since the testimonies arouse the need for a loving look at those who care. Conclusion: the experience contributed to generate reflections on the sensitivity of care to residents, allowing a look and attention to the needs of the community. |

Metodología: Se trata de una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo y observacional, compuesta por 8 residentes que participan en un proyecto de extensión. El proyecto de extensión, consiste en la creación de círculos de conversación con terapeutas especializados en el tratamiento del Trastorno del Espectro Autista, y su público objetivo es la comunidad en general que está interesada en el tema o que atiende a personas con autismo. Los residentes fueron entrevistados, los datos fueron registrados por el investigador y de acuerdo al Análisis de Contenido propuesto por Bardin16, en el cual fueron transcritos íntegramente y analizados para la construcción de la investigación. Resultados: De acuerdo con el análisis de los testimonios, proyectos enfocados en esta temática pueden contribuir a preparar a los profesionales para nuevos desafíos, además de contribuir a la formación más humanizada de estos profesionales, ya que los testimonios despiertan la necesidad de una mirada amorosa a quienes cuidado. Conclusión: la experiencia contribuyó a generar reflexiones sobre la sensibilidad del cuidado a los residentes, permitiendo una mirada y atención a las necesidades de la comunidad.Objetivo: Analisar as contribuições de uma extensão universitária na aprendizagem do cuidado em saúde em residentes em Saúde da Família e Comunidade. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e observacional, composta por 8 residentes participantes de um projeto de extensão. O projeto de extensão, consiste na elaboração de rodas de conversa com terapeutas especializados em cuidado no Transtorno do Espectro do Autismo, e tem como público-alvo a comunidade em geral que tem interesse pelo tema ou que são cuidadores de pessoas com autismo. Os residentes foram entrevistados, os dados foram gravados pelo pesquisador, e analisados conforme a Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Bardin16, no qual foram transcritos na íntegra e submetidos à análise para a construção da pesquisa. Resultados: De acordo com a análise das falas, projetos voltados a essa temática podem contribuir para preparar profissionais para novos desafios, além de contribuir para a formação mais humanizada destes profissionais, já que as falas despertam a necessidade de um olhar de amorosidade para quem cuida.
