Resumo: | The study aims to describe the consequences for the mental health of women victims of sexual violence, tracing the care received in the services of the Health Care Network. It is an integrative literature review, with a qualitative approach, carried out through the search of articles indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with the help of the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (PUBMED), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF), and Electronic Journals in Psychology (PEPSIC). The inclusion criteria include literature review surveys available in the databases described, between the years 2005 to 2020. As exclusion criteria, they were not considered articles for monetary reward, incomplete and not converging with this study. For data collection, 13 articles and 03 studies referring to health entities were analyzed. The results show the need for specialized monitoring of the mental health of women victims of sexual violence, given the drastic behavioral change after the act of violence. Consequently, resulting in depression, anxiety, use of anxiolytic drugs, trauma, fear, and social isolation, use of alcohol and drugs, worry, insomnia, panic attacks, suicide, among other factors. The study identified the importance of the perception of health professionals, for the identification of immediate cases, aiming to promote welcoming care practices, and a qualified perception to meet this demand, enabling the initial reception, integral, assistance and humanized monitoring. |

Se trata de una revisión de literatura integradora, con enfoque cualitativo, realizada a través de la búsqueda de artículos indexados en la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), con la ayuda de las siguientes bases de datos: Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea (SCIELO), Centro Nacional de Información Biotecnológica (PUBMED), Literatura Latinoamericana y Caribeña en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS), Base de datos de enfermería (BDENF) y Revistas electrónicas de psicología (PEPSIC). Los criterios de inclusión incluyen encuestas de revisión de la literatura disponibles en las bases de datos descritas, entre los años 2005 a 2020. Como criterios de exclusión, no se consideraron artículos de recompensa monetaria, incompletos y no convergentes con este estudio. Para la recolección de datos se analizaron 13 artículos y 03 estudios referidos a entidades de salud. Los resultados muestran la necesidad de un seguimiento especializado de la salud mental de las mujeres víctimas de violencia sexual, dado el drástico cambio de comportamiento tras el acto de violencia. En consecuencia, resulta en depresión, ansiedad, uso de ansiolíticos, trauma, miedo, aislamiento social, uso de alcohol y drogas, preocupación, insomnio, ataques de pánico, suicidio, entre otros factores. El estudio identificó la importancia de la percepción de los profesionales de la salud, para la identificación de casos inmediatos, con el objetivo de promover prácticas de atención acogedora, y una percepción calificada para atender esta demanda, posibilitando la recepción inicial, integral, asistencial y seguimiento humanizado.O estudo tem como objetivo descrever as consequências à saúde mental da mulher vítima de violência sexual, tracejando os cuidados recebidos nos serviços da Rede de Atenção à Saúde. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio da buscativa de artigos indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com o auxílio das seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (PUBMED), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), e Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia (PEPSIC). Os critérios de inclusão compreendem pesquisas de revisão da literatura disponíveis nos bancos de dados descritos, compreendidos entre os anos de 2005 a 2020. Como critérios de exclusão, não foram considerados artigos mediante a recompensação monetária, incompletos e não convergentes com este estudo. Para o levantamento dos dados foram analisados 13 artigos e 03 estudos referentes à entidades de saúde. Os resultados constatam a necessidade do acompanhamento especializado à saúde mental das mulheres vítimas de violência sexual, visto a drástica mudança comportamental após o ato de violência. Consequentemente, resultando em depressão, ansiedade, uso de medicamentos ansiolíticos, traumas, medo, isolamento social, uso de álcool e drogas, preocupação, insônia, ataques de pânico, suicídio, entre outros fatores.
