Resumo: Zika virus infection in pregnant women has been associated with microcephaly in newborns, with the first cases reported in Maranhão in late 2015. In mid-2017, a service for interdisciplinary care for families of children was inaugurated in São Luís, Maranhão. with Congenital Zika Virus Syndrome (SCZV). This article describes the care offered in circuits of experiences in this Reference Service, which develops a method to favor the mother-infant bond, enabling a redefinition of motherhood. It was qualitative research with an autoethnographic nature, using documental research, participant observation and group interviews from Operative Groups as data collection. It was possible to observe the approach of these mothers to their children, where, based on circuits of experiences, an attempt was made to innovate the care process, allowing the family to take the lead in care. The systematized interventions allowed the exchange of experiences and the consolidation of learning, replacing and surpassing activities centered on attention to illnesses and focused on children's rehabilitation.

A mediados de 2017, se inauguró un servicio de atención interdisciplinaria para familias de niños con Zika congénito en São Luís, Maranhão. Síndrome viral (SCZV). Este artículo describe la atención ofrecida en circuitos de experiencias en este Servicio de Referencia que desarrolla un método para favorecer el vínculo madre-bebé, posibilitando una resignificación de la maternidad. Se trató de una investigación cualitativa de carácter autoetnográfico, utilizando como recolección de datos la investigación documental, la observación participante y las entrevistas grupales basadas en Grupos Operativos. Se pudo observar el acercamiento de estas madres a sus hijos, donde a partir de circuitos de vivencias se intentó innovar el proceso de cuidar, permitiendo que la familia asumiera el rol protagónico del cuidado. Las intervenciones sistematizadas permitieron el intercambio de experiencias y la consolidación de aprendizajes, reemplazando y superando actividades enfocadas en el cuidado de la enfermedad y enfocadas en la rehabilitación del niño.A infecção por Zika Vírus em gestantes foi associada à microcefalia de recém-nascidos, sendo os primeiros casos notificados no Maranhão no final de 2015. Em meados de 2017, foi inaugurado em São Luís, Maranhão, um serviço para atendimento interdisciplinar às famílias de crianças com Síndrome Congênita do Zika Vírus (SCZV). O presente artigo descreve os cuidados ofertados em circuitos de vivências neste Serviço de Referência que desenvolve um método para favorecer o laço mãe-bebê possibilitando uma ressignificação da maternagem. Tratou-se de pesquisa qualitativa de cunho autoetnográfico, utilizando como coleta de dados pesquisa documental, observação participante e entrevistas grupais a partir de Grupos Operativos. Foi possível observar a aproximação dessas mães a seus filhos, onde a partir de circuitos de vivências procurou-se inovar o processo assistencial permitindo à família assumir o protagonismo do cuidado.
