Resumo: The objective of this work is to present a set of works published between the years 2017 and 2021 on the use of residual frying oil for the production of biodiesel, where it is possible to carry out an analysis of the technologies developed in that period. For this, a search was carried out in the IEEE, Scielo, Science Direct, Scopus and Web of Science databases, where 582 published articles were found from the search string to select works considering theme, year of publication. To summarize the results, the Start software was used, where selection criteria were applied to choose the articles to be used in the review. After the execution of the selection steps of the works in the software, 28 articles were selected for the Systematic Review, where, of these 28 selected articles, the work methods and the results obtained by the authors are presented, allowing an analysis of the technologies researched during the period of study.

Para ello se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos IEEE, Scielo, Science Direct, Scopus y Web of Science, donde se encontraron 582 artículos publicados a partir de la cadena de búsqueda para seleccionar trabajos considerando temática, año de publicación. Para resumir los resultados se utilizó el software Start, donde se aplicaron criterios de selección para elegir los artículos a utilizar en la revisión. Luego de la ejecución de las etapas de selección de los trabajos en el software, se seleccionaron 28 artículos para la Revisión Sistemática, donde, de estos 28 artículos seleccionados, se presentan los métodos de trabajo y los resultados obtenidos por los autores, permitiendo un análisis de las tecnologías. investigado durante el período de estudio.O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um conjunto de trabalhos publicados entres os anos de 2017 e 2021 sobre o tema utilização de óleo residual de fritura para produção de biodiesel, onde seja possível realizar uma análise das tecnologias desenvolvidas nesse período.  Para isso foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados IEEE, Scielo, Science Direct, Scopus e Web of Science onde, a partir de String de busca para selecionar trabalhos considerando tema, ano de publicação, foram encontrados 582 artigos publicados. Para sintetização dos resultados foi utilizado o software Start, onde foram aplicados critérios de seleção para escolha dos artigos a ser utilizados na revisão.
