Resumo: | The objective of the present study was to characterize raw materials and biochars produced under laboratory conditions, in addition to providing information regarding the feasibility of using biochar in the soil. Thus, in first stage, the biochar was produced from the dry sample of biosolids (BP) and sugarcane bagasse (BCP), by means of slow pyrolysis at a temperature of 350°C for 30 minutes. In a second stage, the characterization of the raw materials and their respective biochars was carried out. A design with five replications was used, and the treatments consisted of: pure biosolid; pure sugarcane bagasse; biosolid biochar (BB); sugarcane bagasse biochar (BBC). Where the assessment of residues was through the analysis of: mass yield, immediate, hydrogen potential, cátion exchange capacity, nutriente contente, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, bromatology, particle density and size. The data obtained were submitted to analysis of variance (ANOVA) by the SISVAR program. To compare means, the Tukey testa t 5% probability (p<0,05) was used. It is concluded that both the raw materials and the biochars, produced by slow pyrolysis at 350°C, presented characteristics favorable for agricultutural use, mainly in terms of fertility. |

Así, em uma primera etapa, el bio-carbón se produjo a partir de la muestra seca de biossólido (BP) y bagazo de caña-de-azúcar (BCP), mediante pirólisis lenta a uma temperatura de 350°C durante 30 minutos. Em una segunda etapa se realizo la caracterización de las matérias primas y sus respectivos bio-carbóns. Se utilizo un diseño con cinco repeticiones y los tratamentos consistieron en: biosólido puro; bagazo de caña de azúcar puro; bio-carbón de biosólido (BB); bio-carbón de bagazo de caña de azúcar (BBC). Donde la evaluación de resíduos fue a través del análisis de: rendimento de massa, imediato, potencial de hidrogeno, capacidade de intercambio catiônico, contenido de nutrientes, espectrometria de fluorescência de rayos X, bromatología, densidad y tamaño de partículas. Los datos obtenidos fueron sometidos a análisis de varianza (ANOVA) por el programa SISVAR. Para comparar medias se utilizo la pruba de Tukey al 5% de probabilidad (p<0,05). Se concluye que tanto las matérias primas como los bio-carbón, producidos por pirólisis lenta a 350°C, presentaron características aptas para uso agrícola, principalmente en términos de fertilidad.O objetivo do presente estudo foi caracterizar matérias-primas e biocarvões produzidos em condições de laboratório, além de fornecer informações referentes a viabilidade de uso do biocarvão no solo. Assim, numa primeira etapa o biocarvão foi produzido a partir da amostra seca de biossólido (BP) e de bagaço de cana-de-açúcar (BCP), por meio da pirólise lenta a temperatura de 350°C por 30 minutos. Numa segunda etapa foi realizado a caracterização das matérias-primas e seus respectivos biocarvões. Foi utilizado um delineamento com cinco repetições, sendo que os tratamentos foram constituídos por: biossólido puro; bagaço de cana-de-açúcar puro; biocarvão de biossólido (BB); biocarvão do bagaço de cana-de-açúcar (BBC). Onde a avaliação dos resíduos foi por meio das análises de: rendimento de massas, imediatas, potencial hidrogeniônico, capacidade de troca catiônica, teor de nutrientes, espectrometria de fluorescência de raio x, bromatológica, densidade e tamanho de partículas. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos à análise de variância (ANOVA) pelo programa SISVAR. Para comparação de médias, foi utilizado o teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade (p<0,05).
