Resumo: | Report the experience of the Life in Quarantine Project with emphasis on the material produced by health professional who are at the front line of Coronavirus (COVID-19) combat. Experience report about the Life in Quarantine Project: mental health in focus. This project aimed to develop actions on social networks in April and May of 2020, by students and professors of two public universities. We highlighted in the article reports of 14 health professionals who are at the front line of COVID-19 combat focusing on their expressions of feelings and behaviors. Health professionals are experiencing challenges already known to their occupation, but now even more maximized. So, they referred to some feelings regarding such experience, like emotional instability; altruism; population appeal; belief in science; faith and hope; and fear of contamination. Pandemics raises the need for better mental health management with factors that enhance the mental well-being of health professionals. Also, there is a need for safety measures sustained by science, so that they operate in order to decrease negative impacts on physical and mental aspects on this public. |

Relato de experiencia del Proyecto Vida en Cuarentena: salud mental en foco, que tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de acciones en las redes sociales en los meses de abril y mayo de 2020, por discentes y docentes de dos universidades públicas, teniendo como destaque en el artículo los relatos de 14 profesionales da salud que están en la línea de frente en el combate al COVID-19, teniendo, las narrativas de los profesionales, enfoque en la expresión de sentimientos y comportamientos. Resultados: Los profesionales están viviendo de forma potencializada los desafíos ya conocidos de la profesión, los cuales mostraron algunos sentimientos referentes a esta situación, como: inestabilidad emocional; altruismo; llamamiento a la población; creencia en la ciencia; fe, esperanza y miedo de la contaminación. La pandemia plantea la necesidad de una mejor administración de la salud mental con factores que potencialicen el bienestar mental de los profesionales de salud, e indica la necesidad de medidas de seguridade basadas en la ciencia, que operen en la dirección de disminuir impactos negativos, en los aspectos físicos y mentales de este público.Relatar a experiência do Projeto Vida em Quarentena, tendo como ênfase o material produzido pelos profissionais da saúde que estão na linha de frente do enfrentamento ao Coronavírus (COVID-19). Relato de experiência do Projeto Vida em Quarentena: saúde mental em foco, que tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de ações nas redes sociais nos meses de abril a maio de 2020, por discentes e docentes de duas universidades públicas, tendo como destaque no artigo os relatos de 14 profissionais da saúde que estão na linha de frente no combate do COVID-19, tendo, as narrativas dos profissionais, foco na expressão de sentimentos e comportamentos. Os profissionais estão vivenciando de forma potencializada os desafios já conhecidos da profissão, os quais mostraram alguns sentimentos referentes a essa situação, como: instabilidade emocional; altruísmo; apelo à população; crença na ciência; fé e esperança e medo da contaminação.
