Health education provided by the nurse to the career in the light of ecosystem thinking

Resumo: | To analyze, in the view of the caregiver, the health education provided by nurses during the hospitalization period of the user with non-communicable chronic disease for the continuity of care at home, in the light of Ecosystem Thinking. Descriptive, exploratory and qualitative research. Data collection by semi-structured interview. The analysis followed the thematic analysis method steps. Educational actions are not seen as inherent attributes of nurses' work practice and, when performed by nurses, are piecemeal and anchored in the biomedical health model. Health education, provided by nurses, needs to transcend the limitations of the Cartesian, prescriptive and deterministic model. It is recommended to anchor health actions in the principles of Ecosystem Thinking, based on their systemic and contextualized understanding, enabling the gaps pointed out by the caregivers of this research to be overcome. |

Investigación descriptiva, exploratoria cualitativa. Recolección de datos por entrevista semiestructurada. El análisis siguió pasos del método de análisis temático. Las acciones educativas no son vistas como atributos inherentes la práctica laboral de las enfermeras, cuando son realizadas por enfermeras, son poco sistemáticas ancladas el modelo biomédico de salud. La educación en salud, impartida por enfermeras, debe trascender las limitaciones del modelo cartesiano, prescriptivo y determinista. Se recomienda anclar las acciones de salud los principios del Pensamiento del Ecosistema, en función de su comprensión sistémica contextualizada, permitiendo superar brechas señaladas por los cuidadores de esta investigación.O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar, na visão do cuidador, a educação em saúde provida pelo enfermeiro, durante o período de internação do usuário com doença crônica não transmissível para a continuidade do cuidado no domicílio, à luz do Pensamento Ecossistêmico. Pesquisa descritiva, exploratória e qualitativa. Coleta de dados por entrevista semiestruturada. A análise, seguiu as etapas do método da Análise Temática. As ações educativas, não são vistas como atributos inerentes à prática de trabalho dos enfermeiros, e, quando realizada pelo enfermeiro, é de forma fragmentada e pontual, ancorada no modelo biomédico em saúde. A educação em saúde, provida pelo enfermeiro, necessita transcender as limitações do modelo cartesiano, prescritivo e determinístico. Recomenda-se ancorar as ações em saúde nos princípios do Pensamento Ecossistêmico, a partir de sua compreensão sistêmica e contextualizada, possibilitando superar as lacunas apontadas pelos cuidadores dessa pesquisa.
