Nurse actions in the Mobile Emergency Care Service: Integrative review

Resumo: | Objective: to identify in the scientific production the actions developed by nurses in the Mobile Emergency Care Service. Method: Scope review with database search: Medical Literature Analysus and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Database Nursing (BDENF), and the National Library of Medicine (PubMed), using controlled descriptors, from 2017 to 2021, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Results: study composed of 17 articles, originating two themes. Conclusion: the results allow an overview of the nurse's performance over time, verifying its transformations, the advances achieved, the current state constituted and its future projection. Furthermore, the studies made it possible to clarify the real activities performed by nurses at SAMU, explain the obstacles they face in their professional practice and, on the other hand, reaffirm their role in this area of activity. |

Método: Revisión de alcance con búsqueda en bases de datos: Medical Literature Analysus and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American and Caribean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Database Nursing (BDENF) y National Library of Medicine (PubMed), utilizando descriptores controlados, de 2017 a 2021, en portugués, inglés y español. Resultados: estudio compuesto por 17 artículos, originando dos temas: Actuaciones de los enfermeros en el SAMU y Potencialidades y dificultades vividas por los enfermeros en el SAMU. Conclusión: los resultados permiten un panorama de la actuación del enfermero a lo largo del tiempo, verificando sus transformaciones, los avances alcanzados, el estado actual constituido y su proyección futura. Además, los estudios permitieron esclarecer las actividades realizadas por los enfermeros en el SAMU, explicar los obstáculos que enfrentan en su ejercicio profesional y, por otro lado, reafirmar su papel en esta área de actuación.Objetivo: identificar na produção científica as ações desenvolvidas pelo enfermeiro no Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Método: Revisão de escopo com busca na base de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), na Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Banco de dados Enfermagem (BDENF), e na National Library of Medicin (PubMed), utilizando descritores controlados, no período de 2017 a 2021, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: estudo composto por 17 artigos, originando duas temáticas: Ações do enfermeiro no SAMU e Potencialidades e dificuldades vivenciadas pelo enfermeiro no SAMU. Conclusão: os resultados permitem traçar um panorama da atuação do enfermeiro ao longo do tempo, verificar suas transformações, os avanços alcançados, o estado atual constituído e sua projeção futura.
