Resumo: This study aims to analyze the accounting control practices of microentrepreneurs who are located in the city of Rondon do Pará. It is verified that the sale of street food is a growing activity, and that it has been developed in the municipality with Food Trucks if highlighting in the card line, because they offer fast food, of quality and with accessible values. For this research, questionnaires were applied with open and closed questions, in a sample of 10 microentrepreneurs located in the urban route of BR 222 of that city. Aspects related to accounting and financial controls are analyzed, such as cash flow, inventory, working capital, sales volume, supplier, raw material and sales price, verifying the profile of these entrepreneurs and the level of education. The study concludes that there is a very small amount of MEI that constitute and adopt these management instruments, proceeding to control in a rudimentary way. It is noticed that this fact is linked to the lack of guidance and assistance from professionals in the accounting area. On the other hand, it is noticeable the interest of this group in acquiring knowledge on the subject and that they have the desire to participate in courses offered by institutions.

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las prácticas de control contable de los microempresarios que se encuentran en la ciudad de Rondon do Pará. Se verifica que la venta de comida callejera es una actividad en crecimiento, y que se ha desarrollado en el municipio con Food Trucks si destacando en la línea de la tarjeta, porque ofrecen comida rápida, de calidad y con valores accesibles. Para esta investigación, se aplicaron cuestionarios con preguntas abiertas y cerradas, en una muestra de 10 microempresarios ubicados en la ruta urbana de la BR 222 de esa ciudad. Se analizaron aspectos relacionados con los controles contables y financieros, como el flujo de caja, el inventario, el capital de trabajo, el volumen de ventas, el proveedor, la materia prima y el precio de venta, verificando el perfil de estos empresarios y el nivel de educación. El estudio concluye que hay una cantidad muy pequeña de MEI que constituye y adopta estos instrumentos de gestión, procediendo a controlar de forma rudimentaria. Se percibe que este hecho está relacionado con la falta de orientación y asistencia de profesionales en el área de contabilidad. Por otro lado, es notable el interés de este grupo en adquirir conocimiento sobre el tema y que tienen el deseo de participar en los cursos ofrecidos por las instituciones. Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar as práticas de controles contábeis dos microempreendedores que estão localizados na cidade de Rondon do Pará. É verificado que a venda de comida de rua é uma atividade em ascensão, e que tem se desenvolvido no município com os Food Truck se destacando na linha card, pois oferecem comida rápida, de qualidade e com valores acessíveis. Para esta pesquisa foi realizada a aplicação de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas, em uma amostra de 10 microempreendedores localizados no percurso urbano da BR 222 da referida cidade. Sendo analisados aspectos relacionados aos controles contábeis e financeiros como o fluxo de caixa, estoque, capital de giro, volume de vendas, fornecedor, matéria prima e preço de vendas, verificando o perfil desses empresários e o nível de instrução. Conclui-se com o estudo que existe quantidade ínfima de MEI que constituem e adotam esses instrumentos de gestão, procedendo ao controle de forma rudimentar. Percebe-se que esse fato esta atrelado a falta orientação e auxilio de profissionais da área contábil.
