Resumo: The Covid-19 pandemic, since its inception, has been causing serious damage and consequences to the health of the general population. The coronavirus has a high transmission rate and as a result, high rates of infection were obtained, as well as overcrowding in health services. WHO data indicate that most health professionals working on the front line in the fight against the Covid-19 virus, have high rates of anxiety, stress, depression, professional dissatisfaction and feelings of negativism, which negatively influences and causes a decline in health care. service performance. Thus, the objective of this study was to identify, through scientific evidence, which are the risk factors for Burnout Syndrome in health professionals on the front line against Covid-19. For this, an integrative review of the literature was carried out through a survey of data in the scientific bases: LILACS, SCIELO and BRISA. From the analysis of the selected studies, it was possible to identify some factors that emerge risks for the mental health of health professionals. Occupational stress triggered by a long period of exposure to negative emotional stimuli that are generated in the work environment. The findings in the literature indicate that psychic illness has increased in the services, since the Covid-19 virus contributes to this consequence, leaving health professionals exposed to vulnerabilities. Preexisting diseases such as comorbidity, depression, anxiety, mood disorder show as clinically significant indicators that can be a lever for the prevalence of Burnout.

El coronavirus tiene una alta tasa de transmisión y como resultado se obtuvieron altos índices de contagio, así como hacinamiento en los servicios de salud. Datos de la OMS indican que la mayoría de los profesionales de la salud que trabajan en primera línea en la lucha contra el virus Covid-19, presentan altos índices de ansiedad, estrés, depresión, insatisfacción profesional y sentimientos de negativismo, lo que influye negativamente y provoca una merma en la atención de la salud. el rendimiento del servicio. Así, el objetivo de este estudio fue identificar, a través de la evidencia científica, cuáles son los factores de riesgo para el Síndrome de Burnout en los profesionales de la salud en la primera línea frente al Covid-19. Para ello se realizó una revisión integradora de la literatura a través de un levantamiento de datos en las bases científicas: LILACS, SCIELO y BRISA. Del análisis de los estudios seleccionados, fue posible identificar algunos factores que emergen riesgos para la salud mental de los profesionales de la salud. Estrés laboral desencadenado por un largo periodo de exposición a estímulos emocionales negativos que se generan en el entorno laboral. Los hallazgos en la literatura indican que la enfermedad psíquica ha aumentado en los servicios, ya que el virus Covid-19 contribuye a esa consecuencia, dejando a los profesionales de la salud expuestos a vulnerabilidades. Enfermedades preexistentes como comorbilidad, depresión, ansiedad, trastorno del estado de ánimo se muestran como indicadores clínicamente significativos que pueden ser una palanca para la prevalencia de Burnout.A pandemia de Covid-19, desde o seu surgimento, vem causando sérios danos e consequências à saúde da população em geral. O coronavírus, possui uma alta taxa de transmissão e como resultado, obteve-se altos índices de infecção, bem como a superlotação nos serviços de saúde. Dados da OMS apontam que a maioria dos profissionais de saúde atuantes na linha de frente no combate ao vírus da Covid-19, apresentam altas taxas de ansiedade, estresse, depressão, insatisfação profissional e sentimentos de negativismo, o que influi negativamente e causa declínio no desempenho dos serviços. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar através de evidências científicas quais os fatores de risco para a Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais da saúde na linha de frente contra a Covid-19. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura conduzida por meio de um levantamento de dados nas bases científicas: LILACS, SCIELO e BRISA. A partir da análise dos estudos selecionados foi possível identificar alguns fatores que emergem riscos para a saúde mental dos profissionais da saúde. O estresse ocupacional desencadeado por um longo período de exposição a estímulos emocionais negativos que são gerados no ambiente de trabalho.
