Instrumentalization of obstetric nursing residents about preparing women for childbirth: an integrative review

Resumo: | The present study has as main objective to survey in scientific literature the activities developed in the training of residents in obstetric nursing about the instrumentalization for the performance in education for childbirth and birth and; Identify assertive and rebuttal points in the training of residents in obstetric nursing about instrumentalization to work in education for childbirth and birth. Integrative Review. The search of articles occurred by literature survey at BVS, LILACS, BDEnf, MEDLINE and SCIELO, published productions in Portuguese and English, with full text avaiable, period from 2015 to 2019 and which are related to the topic. Were found 996 total publications, 248 publications were highlighted and 04 selected works, for answer the research objective. It can be stated that of selected publications, 100% is national. It’s also noticed that, as for the years of publication, the works are distributes equally within the five years established as inclusion criteria. In addition, as the database, all were indexed to LILACS. The articles were grouped into 3 thematic categories: The residency in obstetric nursing, The training of pregnant women during prenatal care and The obstetric nurse inserted in prenatal care. It is evidente that there were few studies focused specifically on this topic. The selected articles portray that the topic: Training for Childbirth Education is little explored in the scientific literature. |

Revisión integradora. La búsqueda de los artículos se realizó mediante una encuesta de la literatura en la BVS, LILACS, BDEnf, MEDLINE y SCIELO, producciones publicadas en portugués e inglés, con texto completo disponible, calendario de 2015 a 2019 y relacionado con el tema. Se encontraron un total de 996 publicaciones, se destacaron 248 publicaciones y se seleccionaron 04 obras, para responder a los objetivos de la investigación. Se puede inferir que, de las publicaciones seleccionadas, el 100% es nacional. También se observa que, con respecto a los años de publicación, las obras se distribuyen equitativamente dentro de los cinco años establecidos como criterios de inclusión. Además, con respecto a las bases de datos, todos fueron indexados a LILACS. Los artículos se agruparon en 3 categorías temáticas: la residencia en enfermería obstétrica, la preparación de la mujer embarazada durante la atención prenatal y la enfermera obstétrica insertada en la atención prenatal. Es evidente que ha habido pocos estudios centrados específicamente en este tema. Los artículos seleccionados muestran que el tema: Educación para el parto La educación es poco explorada en la literatura científica.O estudo tem como objetivo levantar na literatura científica as atividades desenvolvidas na formação de residentes em enfermagem obstétrica acerca da instrumentalização para a atuação na educação para o parto e nascimento e; Identificar pontos assertivos e refutativos na formação dos residentes em enfermagem obstétrica acerca da instrumentalização para atuação na educação para o parto e nascimento. Revisão integrativa. A busca dos artigos ocorreu por levantamento da literatura na BVS, LILACS, BDEnf, MEDLINE e SCIELO, produções publicadas em português e inglês, com texto completo disponível, recorte temporal de 2015 à 2019 e que tenham relação com a temática. Foram encontradas 996 publicações totais, 248 publicações foram destacados e 04 obras selecionadas, por responder aos objetivos da pesquisa. Pode-se inferir que, das publicações selecionadas, 100% é nacional. Percebe-se também que, quanto aos anos de publicação, as obras se distribuem igualitariamente dentro dos cinco anos estabelecidos como critérios de inclusão. Além disso, quanto às bases de dados, todas foram indexadas a LILACS. Os artigos foram agrupados em 3 categorias temáticas: A residência em enfermagem obstétrica, O preparo da gestante durante o pré-natal e O enfermeiro obstétrico inserido no pré-natal. Evidencia-se que foram poucos os estudos voltados, especificamente, para esta temática. Os artigos selecionados retratam que, o tema: Formação para a Educação para o Parto é pouco explorado na literatura cientifica.
